Avec une caméra qui proposait une Sim Eiotclub, j'ai tenté un rechargement pour trois mois. Le rechargement a été débité environ 35 €, mais n'a pas fonctionné, la caméra solaire n'étant pas fiable pour mon projet à été renvoyée, avec la SIM jointe. Le rechargement n'était pas apparu dans le compte. J'ai annulé aussitôt, en raison du dysfonctionnement observé. Les prélèvements automatiques par itération ont été supprimés, le rechargement a été suspendu, mais cette société n'a pas remboursé le quota non entamé et jamais utilisé de 3 mois de 35 €.
Je considère qu'ils agissent comme des escrocs, car je n'ai reçu aucune contrepartie.
A fuir. Quand on vous propose une Sim Eiotclub, à la poubelle, vous gagnez du temps, sans vous faire racketter.

Wir haben eine Außenkamera bestellt und diese Sim-Karte erhalten. Wusste nicht wie ich diese aktivieren kann. Dabei hat mir aber der nette Chat-Partner geholfen. Sehr zu vorkommend und sehr schnell. Kompetente Hilfe.

I had a glitch ordering eSIM Card from EiotClub wherein I mistakenly ordered a Card Reader instead of the eSIM Card. The management was very responsive to my predicament and gracefully sent me the eSIM Card. I am grateful for this gesture. The product is outstanding for international travel and I am glad I got it. They also have a live helpline with expert staff to resolve technical issues.

It took a team a day or so to get back to me, but when they did, they really truly tried to help.

I was able to move the camera back where I originally had it and got good coverage, but the team was prepared to send me another SIM card that supported Verizon we get good coverage with.

well success meaning it worked. I'm no tech person this doesn't do what I was hoping but it did what it was suppose to. you pay for what you get. data on the go anywhere is expensive. sometimes priceless.
