Extremely disappointed with Eivan’s. We booked and paid nearly a year in advance, only to be assigned a photographer whose style we specifically do not want.

We asked which alternative photographers are actually available for our wedding date, and Eivan’s refused to provide that information. We asked for management, and the earliest call offered is two weeks away—just weeks before our wedding.

They will not guarantee a reassignment and have told us there are no refunds.

For something as important as wedding photography, the lack of urgency and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Eivan’s based on our experience.

We couldn't be happier with our wedding photos! The quality was so much better than I expected for such an affordable price. Everything looked crisp and beautiful, and he did a great job capturing our family, venue, and special details. He was also very accommodating with changes. Highly recommend!

We decided to have Eivan photos as part of our wedding so they could capture are special moments and it was a great experience, thank you and thanks to Emily our photographer for capturing our photos of are important day. We recommend it.

Eivans was great. They were very professional, affordable and on top of everything we asked. We had the upmost pleasure working with Raquel on our Wedding Day. She was AWESOME! She was there with us the whole day and seemed like a family member was taking your photos. She was very polite, professional and had a keen eye for great shots. Our wedding day had a lot of unexpected changes — our reception location changed three times and it rained, so we also had to change where we were doing photos. Josh was very flexible and worked with us through all the changes without any issues.

We never had to worry about them showing up or anything like that, which gave us peace of mind. Overall it was a wonderful experience, and we can’t wait to see the final photos and video!

Honestly had a amazing experience with the photographer Vincent and the videographer Nadim assigned to me through Eivans, any time I had questions the representatives were always kind and answered me promptly, even had a exit call to explain timeline expectations for when to receive my photos and videos. I was connected with my photographers a month before my wedding with allowed us to call and have convos for expectations on the wedding day. Overall great experience.
