Looking for a pair of black heels for my granddaughter’s wedding and the pair I chose looks perfect. Fingers crossed they look and feel as good in person.

Ordering was easy and quick.

I paid for overnight delivery still almost a month later nothing. I tried getting a refund. Nothing. Don’t buy anything from this store!! It’s a scam.

It's only been a few days. Absolutely no response after emailing 3 times about order nor movement in shipment. If I would've saw this before....

If I could put lower I would have. I paid express for 2 pairs of shoes for my daughters wedding. Neither fitted so I returned them .... Still no refund 3 months later despite chasing them with proof of sending them back. Not only that it cost me just as much as 1 pair of shoes to send it back. Never again do not purchase from here if you live in the UK

I bought a pair of shoes on may 8. Almost a month with no update, only: “preparing shipment.” Sent 2 emails, no answer. Don't through your money out buying their shoes. Now is almost a month and still “preparing shipment.” Such disrespect with a customer. 3 emails were sent and no answer.

Ordered a pair of shoes from ekaliy and its been over a week now with no update, they haven't even been shipped out. I asked for my order to be cancelled over 3 times and keep getting the same generic message back from the help email. Don't order from here if you're looking to get your order in a timely matter.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Ordered here for Christmas. A purse worth 50 dollars. The driver never dropped it off at the right complex. I’ve been back and forth with customer service and they won’t give me a refund. They won’t give me a credit. Their only solution is if I pay $30! For shipping then they’ll send it again. Absolutely horrible website. DO NOT BUY from here unless you wanna get scammed. Customer service is horrible plus you can find all of this stuff on shein or sites like that anyways with better customer service.
