This company is a scam! People should definitely stay away from them. I purchased a piece set from them the 4th of July I picked a large one from the app. Once I received the email confirmation I noted that it was an extra small. The very next day to have them change it to a large, no answer. After multiple attempts someone finally called me back and told me that it was too late unfortunately they will send me a prepaid label to ship it back to them. I received the 3 piece suit and label. I mailed it back to them from the 24th of July until now no refund appears to my bank account yet. I reached out to them multiple times via email. Their response is " we have a lot of returns coming back to the warehouse they haven't reached to me yet you have to wait.â Now they have my money and the suit. I'm not quite sure how l'm going to get the money refunded back to me. |

If you want to make a $200.00 purchase like I did for the poorest of quality of suits only to be told they refuse to refund their customers then later to be told they would only do a a partial exchange for $50 less then what you initially paid for them to have them refuse to make the exchange then this company is for you. Iâve reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and you can too if you were ripped off in the egregious amount I was with the rudest and most unprofessional customer service imaginable then shop here. Or you can take my horrific experience where Iâm currently taking these creeps to court and reporting them to every consumer media outlet possible! Iâm reviewing them everywhere but I see Iâm not alone! Reading the other reviews my hunch is that they will soon be out of business very soon as no company on the planet has a no refund and no exchange policy period. If you too have been robbed by them like me then contact me for a class action suit against them! Iâve reported them to every Federal agency possible! Spend your money elsewhere unless you like being robbed blind!

After sending photos they then wanted to get The dress evaluated by someone higher up. Weâre talking about $140 dress not a $1,400 dress. After getting the runaround I just called my bank!

Dress straps wrong connected
I ordered very nice red dress fir my daughter's seniors pictures and she wasn't able to wear it because all straps was wrong connected. They were not removable. Front looked ok but in the back was awful. I have to take it to real tailor and fix it.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a jumpsuit I purchased for my wedding. To start, the delivery took much longer than expected, which was frustrating. When I finally received the jumpsuit, it was too small, and I decided to return it for a refund.
However, I was shocked to find out that the company's refund policy only allowed for store credit. Despite this, I proceeded with the return but was met with a rude customer service representative who accused me of wearing the jumpsuit because of dust and dirt from my alteration shop. I had only tried it on there to check the length of the pants.
Despite the tags being intact and my explanation for the marks being valid, they refused my return, leaving me without the jumpsuit I paid for and no refund or store credit. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would caution others against purchasing from this company. It felt like a scam and a complete waste of time and money.
Great product
I will admit it took a bit to get it here, but it was beautiful quality and the fit was excellent. The shipping took awhile but I did get response pretty quickly by email. They continued to update. Had to reschedule shipping but once it shipped it did arrive exactly as they said. The personal email responses were kind and helpful. I will order again as the product was very nice and very stylish.

I ordered from IG 2 weeks ago. They sent me a âshippedâ email the next day. But now itâs stuck in limbo and UPS has not received the shipment yet. I tried emailing, calling both phone numbers, messaging them on IG. No response. This company is a scam. Do not trust.

Okey so yes they do take forever BUT let me say this⊠it itâs totally WORTH it. The quality itâs amaizing. I order a dress for my civil wedding and Iâm so happy with the dress itâs beautiful just like the pictures !!! And Abquina was always responding my emails very kind. I thought at first they were scammers because of the waiting time. But now that I have it in hands Iâm so thankful I waited and not asked for a refund ! Trash customer service. Canât reach anyone by phone or email. Left voicemails and sent emails. I had to use Instagram direct message as a last resort and finally got a response. My order hadnât shipped after being in fulfilled status for 8 days. I cancelled after that time period. Stuck in âLabel createdâ status with UPS. Had to cancel order.

Man, I wished I checked the reviews before I bought from these people. I ordered two dresses two weeks ago. Iâve yet to received any shipping confirmation. I sent 4 different emails asking about shipping status and I havenât heard back from them. Had I checked the reviews I would Iâve seen the red flags. What kind of company only responded to only the good reviews and not the bad ones? That only means that you know you messed up and donât care about how your customers feel. Thatâs bad business. I hope I receive the dresses and in good condition. If I donât, I will dispute the charges with my bank and get my money back. Ugh!
