Elah Ring レビュー 

The shipping time frame on Elah's web page states 1-5 days. My package shipped 10/13 and shipping partner PKY Global received item 10/14 in Jamaica NY. The shipping status changed that day 10/14 to Usps awaiting item. I sent several emails to Elah about my package not moving after the 3rd day and then the 5th and was told to “wait a long time” before sending another inquiry. I then tried after 7 days to reach pky global directly twice but Elah has to open the tracking ticket. Last Thursday I asked them to open a tracking inquiry with pky and send proof that they have done so or send another ring from their buffer stock by Saturday the 24th. They replied and told me to wait 48 more hours. I still have not received any proof that an inquiry was opened with pky global. As of this morning my tracking still states usps awaiting item.
I was an early backer because I believe in the potential of this project. I am still eagerly waiting to receive my ring. I reached out to Elah many times respectfully asking for real support and I have been repeatedly dismissed. To Elah I still hope to receive my ring and will happily leave additional reviews based on the rings performance. This review is solely based on the lack of customer support during the shipping process. Telling an early backer to continue to “wait for a long time” is completely unacceptable. Their are many things you could have done to take real action to swiftly resolve this issue. I would like a support manager to reach out to me directly with evidence that a tracing ticket was opened with PKY Global. Or preferably to tell me that another ring has been shipped to me by a reliable provider like usps from day one.

1. Difficulty getting the ring to pair, first to my iPhone and then to me. It required two emails to Support, whose instructions I followed religiously. Finally, after trying everything Support recommended, including several reboots of everything, it showed up in Bluetooth and connected to my phone, but still not the App. More support, more attempts and it finally paired in the app. It then wanted to do a hardware update, which I allowed. Finally, after more stuff, it paired to me too. Whew.
2. I am very App and computer literate, but found setup confusing and difficult. I was also unable to back out of things it asked me to do that I didn’t want.
3. Finally, it only allows five anchors on just the ring.
My personal ideal would be to be able to set alarms for every thirty minutes, every day, from 7AM to 9PM. Also with stronger vibrations. If I am doing anything, I don’t feel it as being distinct.
We have a lot of great ideas here, but I think that we need more options and more refinement.

This is an amazing product that has really helped me both spiritually and physically. I'm grateful for the reminders throughout the day, and it's helpful to track my progress in the app to see my growth.
