Sue was amazing as usual. Informative, sympathetic , reassuring and friendly as always. I was not rushed and was able to discuss my needs and worries. My treatment was carried out quickly and professionally. I can't recommend her highly enough. Very happy customer.

I was very impressed with Sue. She made me feel at ease with the procedure I was going to have done. Very professional and welcoming staff.

I have visited previously to have a lipoma removed and recently visited again to have two lipomas removed and a mole on my face treated due to catching it shaving. The treatment I had was excellent. Nice comfortable environment. Would highly recommend!

Was really happy with my experience at Elan. Sue was very professional and calm which was good for me as I was very nervous. The overall experience was painless and quick and both Sue and Terry made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Had a cyst removed from the side of my head.

Treatment went very well. Staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable with going ahead with the procedure. Would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Sue was recommended to me by a family member. I had been under my GP for 6 months with my skin complaint, treatment was given by trial and error.
Sue observed, listened and diagnosed very quickly with a kind and professional manner.
Looking forward to beginning my treatment with a follow up appointment in 2 weeks.

Very professional and friendly , but £600 for 10 minutes work ??????? It takes to me a week or more to earn that sort of money and especially in these times ????

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!!!

They are not bothered about customer care/service.

I paid a lot of money to have my earlobe repaired. I had a slight split from my earring and wanted it stitched and repaired. All was fine until my stitches came out, I felt my wound literally pop open when stitches were removed resulting in bleeding (a sign of them coming out too early)

Sue said it would heal fine, after a few weeks I went back as I wasn’t happy. The back of my ear still has a hole. Sue was reluctant to do anything and palmed me off saying leave it for 6 months to heal fully. It’s now a year on. I have a pitted scar on my lobe and a small hole behind my lobe. I had a second opinion by a professional yesterday who confirmed shoddy work. I contacted Sue saying I’m still not happy and would either like it fixed or money back so I can get it fixed and I just received a unhelpful rude response and she hasn’t offered anything to fix the problem. She doesn’t care as she’s already been paid.

I will be taking this further and reporting her and her clinic.

I didn’t want to have to result in shaming on social media and inline but she gave me no choice.

Do your research and steer clear!!!

Sue is so friendly and professional.
I had surgery done and she explained in detail everything I wanted to know and made me feel incredibly relaxed and comfortable.

We were very happy with our recent visit to Elan. Staff were kind, professional and strictly adhered to the current Covid guidelines. We would definitely recommend Elan to others based on our experience.

Excellent service, from consultation and treatment to after care. Results are always ‘spot on’ and I wouldn’t trust anyone else keeping me ‘me’ and solving niggly, dermalogical issues.

My daughter came in to clinic today to have her ears pierced. The hygiene measures in place were excellent and we felt very safe.
More than that though, my daughter has had a genuine, very real, phobia of needles /procedures for years now and we have had an attempt at ear piercing elsewhere but she was just too scared. Elan was recommended by a friend and I can see why. Amy was absolutely amazing with her. She picked up on my daughter’s nerves and handled it perfectly. I was so impressed by her and very grateful too. Amy read my daughter perfectly and did everything right for her. I am so pleased and my daughter has come away with a new found confidence. Sounds dramatic but Amy has made a big difference today and has now eroded a bit of that fear for the future - thank you so much.
