Amazing never have a problem logging into make payments & send money but when want to redeem a earned ârewardâ a bit of circus you create, actually just dealt w/ your call center & after changing browser to redeem & then devices, still canât âredeemâ a ârewardâ being told need to open a ticket :( a great way to offer a benefit & then have become frustrated & say âFâ keep it great way to deceive the consumer who come to your for relief & excessive fees throw in a little bait and switch

I should have known better
I should have known better, if it's that easy to get the money it's not going to be good. I'm trying my best to pay them off and I pray that I never have to use them again. That carry forward balance is a trick don't fall for it.

I paid all of my payments on time
I paid all of my payments on time, and had taken out lines of credit with company for about 8 years. When I went to pay it off this year, I called to have them process my payment because my bank account had some fraud and I needed to use a new account, and they processed the check, but it took them about 4 hours to get it done and then charged me a service fee, even though it was paid off. If they try to say that I was too late, I contacted them at 2:42 EST and didn't process it then but processed it at 5:40 and then said it was past 5:00 when I made my payment, when that is incorrect. Needless to say I have closed my account, they are the most expensive of any of the companies I have used that are similar to them, and I'd recommend you use NetCredit as their fees are much lower, or Credit Fresh or Balance Credit.

This company is a fraud of a company. They gave a loan to someone in my name and now will not give the needed information for my police report and worst it nevered showed on my credit.... After my review they did final send the information. However they made a loan in my name to someone other than me and now I have to go thru the hastle of getting it off my credit report. How do you not ask for an ID when loaning money and also I have the person name with a google search of the phone on the application... Poor company...
