Very disappointing experience with Elastic Email.
Our domain was flagged and restricted due to a previous account, but we were never given a clear explanation of what exactly caused the issue. We reached out multiple times to understand the problem and requested a proper review, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful.
We have since updated our entire website, improved our email consent system, and ensured everything follows best practices. Despite this, we are still unable to use our domain, and no concrete guidance has been provided on what needs to be fixed.
For a platform that claims to support businesses, the lack of transparency and communication is frustrating. Blocking a domain without clear reasoning makes it very difficult for legitimate users to operate and improve.
We are still open to resolving this, but we expect clearer support and proper review instead of generic responses.

I use ElasticEmail both: for transactional and promotional messages. The deliverability is ok and IP pool is "green". Very good value for money. I recommend it

I can say only positive things about them. Their support is slow sometimes, most of the time I got positive and helpful answer ca. in 10-16 hours, but rarely it happens to have answer in 24 hours. At the same time we always solve the problem with 100% success. So I really wanna give them A+++++ from my side :)

My experience with Elastic Email’s transactional customer service has been excellent. Their support team is extremely prompt and hands-on. In fact, Bradley — the representative who helped me — went above and beyond by logging into my dashboard to directly troubleshoot and fix the issue. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to take immediate action made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Really impressive customer service.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from ElasticEmail. My account was suspended without any explanation, right in the middle of an active campaign. Some of the emails were sent, but many weren’t – completely ruining the flow and effectiveness of the campaign.
To make things worse, they completely cut off all communication. No support, no response, nothing. Just silence.
And if that wasn’t enough, they didn’t refund the remaining balance in my account. They took the money, shut down everything, and disappeared.
This is not just bad service – this is outright shady. I wouldn’t recommend ElasticEmail even to my worst enemy.
And if you're still thinking of trying them out: they only store logs and statistics for 3 days. After that, you're blind – you can’t analyze performance, you can't track issues, nothing. Totally useless for any serious email marketing.

The platform is reliable, easy to use, and provides all the features we need for managing high-volume sending.
Special thanks to the support team — especially Bradley — for being extremely responsive and helpful.
They quickly assisted us with increasing our IP limit, and the whole process was smooth.
Highly recommend ElasticEmail to anyone looking for a dependable email delivery service!

We have been using Elastic Email for several years to send transactional and marketing emails to our customers. Overall, it worked reasonably well, although we occasionally encountered issues, which is why we set up Mailgun as a fallback some time ago and have had to switch over briefly on several occasions.
In the past few days, however, we’ve experienced one nightmare after another: timeouts, emails not being delivered at all, and even emails being sent multiple times. Today alone, we lost a few hundred subscribers because they received our newsletter several times.
It feels as though the people working there now have no idea what they are doing. We can no longer subject our customers to this. We’ve therefore decided to switch to another provider, even though few competitors can match Elastic Email on price. But if the service doesn’t work, no one benefits.

I have been struggling with stmp for my sites for the past 2 years, and elastic email fixed everything in a day!!! They just saved me one hundread hours this year alone. Well worth the 25$

This email service doesn't deliver on the most basic service - SENDING AN EMAIL! All sorts of excuses and hoops I have had to jump through all to not be able to send a single email after uploading my contacts. I asked for a refund and was given the run around. I will be going back to the service provider I was previously using. Disappointed.
UPDATE: Elastic email followed up and their support staff helped me and taught me what was the issues with my email account. While I wasn't able to get this service working they did make every effort to help me and provided great technical information and easy steps to follow. They also did refund me for the headache. I felt compelled to follow up and update my experience from a 1 star to a 2 star. The follow up customer service really was A+ but it was still too hard to get this service to work for me but thats has more to do with the lack of my technical knowledge.
