Fraud, Theft.
I bought an item, send me different like the picture promotional, I was sending email, so they are answering it:
Thank you for getting in touch! Since our products are sourced internationally, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided.
The cost of returns is significant, and they are not free. Additionally, due to international shipping policies, we are unable to resell returned items, and they would likely be discarded.
It's hilarious the answer, in short words I can't to complain, no return, keep the item, and lose my money.
