The program that they made is not flexible, they don't change it with different weather conditions, that's means that they don't care if you reach the summit or not. The principal purpose is to push you to take the snow cat for make more money. The same is for the rent, there's always something that's wrong for them.
In the site they talk about a guide every 4-5 people but it's just for the summit push, they speak about maximum 6 people for room but it was 8. The hut is lower the the cable stop like 100 metres, the "bathroom" is a smelly hole in the ground, no water. They bring you at the hut by the cable way cause you can carry all your stuff, you are not walking till there. They don't divide the groups by different level of training, so if you are bad you have to run and if you are good you have to wait all the time.
The summit day they told us the weather should be good and we find a storm that put as in trouble and we had to go down quickly, obviously there was the snow cat waiting for us but just for paying people. Nobody of our 20 people's group reached the summit, we wanted go up the next day but they told us it shouldn't safe for bad weather conditions, but a guy went to the top alone and the weather was perfect. In my opinion this is not something about mountain, it's just a business. I truly suggest to choose another company, and if you like the real mountain's soul to choose another way up.

Grâce à lui, chaque étape de l’ascension s’est faite dans la confiance, le respect du rythme de chacun, et une ambiance fraternelle unique. Il incarne tout ce qu’on attend d’un grand guide de montagne : calme, expertise, écoute, et surtout cette capacité rare à faire de chaque marche une aventure humaine.

Je repars de cette expédition avec des souvenirs gravés à vie, des enseignements sur moi-même… et une immense reconnaissance envers cette agence sérieuse, à taille humaine, qui fait les choses avec le cœur.
