Small pathetic product -definitely not designed for the elderly
States fast 🚚 15 days?
Would definitely advise against anyone purchasing this product

I placed and order 1st of April, it's now June still have not received it or the partial credit they promised me. They also no longer reply to my e-mails. Last time I found any info on tracking order is hung up in customs, that was a month ago. Know $20.00 is not a lot in the scam of things but if you're on a fixed income can go a long way. also look how much they make if they get 20 of us for that $20.00. Not a dependable or reliable coumpany.

I ordered these almost 3 months ago. Still have not received them.

Unfortunately, they don't work. Even the smallest urine leakage is not held by the product and comes straight through to your outer garments. The product may be inexpensive, but took weeks to arrive as they are badly made and shipped from China.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses from Elderlyfy , absolutely useless , upon trying to find out how to return them I found out that is from a company based outside Europe , they didn’t provide a return label , after many mails back and forth , they offered me half the money I paid for the items , to which I said no to it , I asked for a return label for me to send the items back , and I didn’t get one , instead I was ask to send the glasses to an address in china at my own expense that would have been between 150 crowns and 300 crowns , the latter would have exceeded the amount if had received the refund , with the collaboration of PayPal this company kept my money and I ended up with 2pair of useless glasses , my advice DONOT buy anything from them !
