If I could, I wouldn't put a rating at all.
I received the outfit that I ordered and it WASN'T finished. The sleeves weren't hemmed, the jacket edge wasn't finished off, and the jacket wasn't hemmed.
I sent a picture of the jacket not being sewn.
They threatened me with all of the extra costs of returning the outfit plus stating that it may not even get to its destination.
The alternative was they would refund only 6% off of what I paid. That's nothing compared to what's it going to cost to hire a seamstress to fix the sewing.
This company is a dishonest and deceiving company.

Ordered 3 pant suits, jackets have a raw edge and pants and top more like lounge wear. Do not order from this company. Also order arrived late. Very misleading website.

Sham company. Do not use. Ordered sandals, arrived far too late but I legitimately cancelled and although they promised to refund and to arrange a return, nothing has been done: no refund and no arranged return, in spite of many emails etc. Company now 'no longer taking orders'. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered a dress that’s cost £35.95 . But the company name had changed to Margot and Grace , Dress arrives about 3-4 weeks later and was appalling quality , enormous and shapeless , it had arrived from China !!
I requested a refund which they agreed to but the cost to return was £20 postage . Huge lesson learnt!

I decided not to buy anything because they don’t mention what fabric the clothes are made of, only that the clothes are “soft.” Dead giveaway that I won’t be happy with the purchase.

Bought the cutest sweatpants set. Model and sizing showed as a baggy set, purchased a size large for my daughter. Arrived on time. Pants are a women's large, top looks to be a child's size large! Disappointed. Looking further at the return policy is a complete joke!

It is deceptive that they pretend they are shipping from Maine but it is really coming from China. They sent me the wrong size she (way too big, unwearable) and now have not responded to daily emails using both of their recommended email addresses. It is a scam and I fell for it.

The dress I ordered eventually turned up, the material was shockingly bad and badly made. They would not accept a return saying the dress is what I ordered 🤣. It was supposed to come with free earrings too but surprise no earrings either.
Do not buy from this company it’s cheap copies made in China!.
