Hi Nadeem, we’re sorry to read this and we understand how frustrating it must feel if you are still waiting for a certificate and expected more support with work after the course.

We can’t discuss individual learner records publicly, but we would like to look into this properly, including the certificate issue and what was explained around employment support. Please contact the centre directly and ask for the relevant manager so we can review your course record and come back to you with a clear response.

We do take feedback like this seriously and would rather deal with the details properly than leave your concerns unanswered here.
