Very simple to install and great after sales support. The unit was easy to install. I needed to download the App on my Phone for the Remote to work. Default settings were adequate at start up, May adjust these settings once I am more familiar with the tow vehicle and towing the caravan.

Haven't used it yet but the service from ecobrakes has been excellent from time of ordering to the the time of delivery was spot on.

Efficient service and delivery .. have not been able to hook electribrakes up via iPhones but can with android ? Any clues?

Arrived Quickly. Total installation time was less than 5 minutes. That includes drilling the holes, mounting the unit, connecting the harness and loading and connecting the app.

Very easy to set-up and install and within 5 minutes, it was working 100%.
Ps, just a quick note, be sure to have your park lights on when setting up and on the move. Great little unit!
