The hospital group did my breast augmentation, gave me PIP implants, didn’t notify of this. I have recently received confirmation of rupture and have made several attempts to contact this company to ask for advice and quotations to fix this and not a single response. No one is interested in fixing their mistake. Leaving me no choice but to choose a different clinic to do their job. Would not recommend this company at all. Very disappointed in my choice to ever have the hospital group do my breast augmentation.

From the entering the ward to leaving every single member of staff were exceptional to me. I was in a great deal longer than hoped but the stay with all these amazing staff at Burcot Hall help me recover every single step of the way. Thank you so much ladies and gentlemen for it all. So far have had a telephone consultation with Sarah Shah and booked further in person consultation. Sarah was very understanding and knowledgable explaining the pros and cons clearly. And very swift at getting back to me with the answers to any queries. I look forward to dealing with her again soon👍

Burcott Hall - I felt very looked after at this hospital. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. The ward staff made me feel very much at ease and ensured I wad supported throughout. I would recommend this hospital and would return for further treatment. Thank you!

What a fantastic hospital team here at Burcott Hospital in Bromsgrove.
Had my gastric sleeve with Dr Awad and could not be happier. Felt so at ease and cared for from my first blood test up until discharge and beyond. The wonderful nurses looking after me for the last 24 hours was my highlight: Nicole, Judith, Belinda, Karen and Carol were top notch, so kind and caring and making sure I was doing all the right things to make my recovery quicker. I was quite unwell with vomitting and nausea post surgery and they were only ever a buzzer a way to get more meds and dry my tears.
Thank you all so much- definitely couldn't have done it without you all!

From the moment of my arrival to the moment I was discharged, The whole team from the receptionist, the lady who took me to my room, the lady who made the bed up for me, the health care assistant, the ward nurse Mary, the anaesthetic guy, the surgeon & the whole team went out of their way to make a very very nervous me who was having a first time of having an anaesthetic as at ease as they possibly could. (What a team)

From start to finish the service provided by the Hospital Group was excellent. Pre-op Chris Markey was so helpful in dealing with my enquiries and question’s promptly. Dr Gulamhussein was helpful and reassuring that he could help with my condition. The Pines Clinic was a fantastic hospital to attend, though we had to travel to attend it was absolutely worth it. Every one of the staff were so friendly, capable and reassuring, I was made to feel so at ease. There was no delay in my procedure and I have have no issues in recovery. I’ve received a follow up call that I wasn’t expecting just to see if everything is ok and a number to call if I need further help. The procedure has been life changing for me and I can’t thank the team enough.

From the very first call with the surgeons assistant Chris Markey to explain everything in detail about the surgery procedure and booking the hospital and organising the transport was first class.
Spoke with the surgeon Mr John Robinson before arriving at the hospital and again explaining everything in detail.
Fantastic surgeon and very easy to get on with and went through everything again on the day of surgery also. All the nursing staff are brilliant very caring and professional with plenty of helpful advice. Along with a smile and the best ever cup of tea from Yvonne😂 thank you all.
The two nurses in the recovery room were exceptional and put me completely at ease. I was booked in for an inguinal hernia surgery and I cannot recommend the team high enough at Burcot Hall.

My driver Gurdel (grip) picked me up after a painful surgery to take me home to Glasgow! You couldn’t meet a nicer guy, he looked after me all the way up and even though I was in a lot of pain the 2 of us ended up having a good laugh and I now call him a friend. My 9th corrective surgery was done by mr Sinha who is a miracle worker and fixed all the mistakes previous surgeons had done.

Pines hospital was a positive experience. They were very efficient from arrival.

Positive experience today with my nurse after driving from south wales to bromsgrove, learned so much more about my procedure in this one meeting and left with a great mindset going forward. And they will be hopefully be back up and running closer to home soon.

I stayed at the Pines Hospital for a one day surgical procedure under the care of Mr Kayode Habeeb. I was having a general anaesthetic. My experience can be described as very pleasant and enjoyable. The level of care provided by the entire hospital team was exceptionally good. I would like to thank everyone who looked after me today (including the most attentive nurses Natasha, Michelle, Shirin, Ros and Dimitrina) for their excellent professional skills and warm friendly approach which made me feel so relaxed. Keep up your wonderful work! Lots of love to all of you 🙂

I had a great experience with this hospital group. Very professional and friendly staff throughout.
My driver Gurdel picked me up from Liverpool and he was extremely pleasant and we had a great natter the entire way. He was extremely courteous and pulled over when I was feeling nauseous and was attentive and kind. I felt very at ease in his company and would request him for future treatments.

I had a fantastic transport driver Gurdel pick me up today from Birmingham to London, kept me updated as through no fault of his own was held up in traffic.
