The first unit purchased proved to be amazing - for about a week when it stopped working. It was replaced by a new unit as soon as I reported the problem with a warning that only one replacement would be available. Two weeks after receiving the replacement, it too failed leavimg me with nothing.

Used only once and not working anymore. What a waste of money - paid Aus $99

This product was a complete waste of money. It is not easy to use but more importantly IT DOES NOT WORK AS THEY CLAIM. Expensive mistake would not recommend.

Ohjelmointiyksikön nastan lukitsimen toinen jousi on hukassa. Miten toimitaan asian korjaamiseksi.

Not a purchasing review but oooh, I was just about to purchase this item as advertised in the Daily Mail - but will not do so now I've looked at the reviews on Trustpilot. Thought it was too good to be true!! Sadly.

I have exactly the same issue as the previous user, started to work then packed in. They quoted me 14 days return not the 90 days I read...such a rip off....going back to my trusted credit card people to request help...be warned everyone ....

This machine is a complete waste of money. It was difficult to get the massager to work. I had about 6 successful sessions then the unit died. Not so much as a slight impulse.
The internet site says 90 day return BUT
when I approached the company they said 14 days. Not even so much as how unfortunate you wasted $100!!

Der skal betales for 1 års garanti - hvor man som forbruger har mindst 2 år. Garantien er fusk!

Jeg har så sent som i dag været inden for, at følge mit køb fra Electrapyshop, og de oplyser, at jeg har modtaget mit køb d. 17 08 2023., det store problem er, at jeg har ikke set varen endnu, og nu har jeg ventet på den i et lille måned, så troværdigheden er virkelig på prøve nu.
Det er en selvfølgelighed, at vare er betalt for længst, så er det overhovedet det værd, at kæmpe for min ret, så jeg ser kun denne mulighed, at advare i mod andre ryger i samme fælde, som noget tyder på at jeg faldt i.

Så lykkedes det, jeg har fundet min pakke, og takker rigtig mange gange for jeres hjælp og tålmodighed.
Normalt får jeg en besked fra PostNord, men det skete ikke denne gang, og det er ikke normalt for PostNord, at de lægger noget i min postkasse, jeg er i løbet af årene vænnet til, at hente mine pakker på de forskellige postudleveringssteder, og i sidste ende havde jeg fået forståelsen af, at det var UPS eller DLG som kom med min pakke, og jeg havde heller ikke den mindste idé om, at pakken var så lille, så den kunne komme igennem den lille sprække, som der er min postkasse, og jeg kommer stor set aldrig i min postkasse, så i dette tilfælde var det også en fejl.
Nu vil jeg prøve på, at gøre op med den skade, som jeg måske har gjort i min store uvidende om, hvad der er sket i dette forløb, jeg beklager meget for ulejligheden, og håber at jeg har rettet op på min skade nu.

Another marketing scam, where a long spiel telling you how marvelous this gadget is, leads to a 50% discount and it still costs £49 for one. Buy 5 and it's £27 per unit. Well these are available on Temu for, believe it or not, <£5 each. They create an electrical pulse, which tingles, similar to TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation). They do not mechanically massage. I use a TENS generator on my arthritic thumbs, neck and knees. There are positive benefits, but decent machines are available cheaper than this scam. Mine cost £10, though it's some years old now and uses disposable batteries.

This product made my legs worse They claimed in there advert if it did not work you could get a full refund . I emailed the ecomgroup asking for instructions on how to send the massager back, they replied saying refund is only valid in the first two weeks of purchase ,which is only the statuary cool off period,I had it 4 weeks thinking it might work given a little time I paid £93 which I could not really afford as I’m a pensioner with very little spare money as Ipayed for it with PayPal I will have too go to them and see if they can do anything don’t even think of trying it SCAM

I ordered two. Ordered for neuropathy relief. Instructions do not mention neuropathy. Applied to leg ... the sticky bit fell off. Tried to turn on but no setting worked. Used bits from both and still could not find a solution which worked. Waste of money

Did not work at all. No reply from the supplier. $99 down the drain

Stopped working during the first use.
I fully charged the unit beforehand,so still had plenty of charge left.
It was completely dead and would not charge.
I took this up with PayPal asking for a refund for a faulty item.
I received a refund within 24 hours

Wow, I almost wasted my money on this scam.

There is a fake trust pilot screenshot of their reviews Based on 3,591 reviews - 75% Excellent. Perspective is they have posted fake positive comments on their website Ad

But when you look on the actual trust pilot web here for electrapyshop has reviews for a SCAM!

If its genuine and i cant find the correct review please can Electrapyshop put a link in their website ad to the actual trust pilot reviews to restore faith in the product.

Word of warning to anyone thinking of buying from this company, total scam - product doesn’t work at all, looks like it cost about 99p. Asked for a refund & they’re claiming that I’ve had it longer than 2 weeks. It was ordered less than 3 weeks ago!
