Shoutout to Rob from EDS! Was after a circuit breaker for my fusebox at home, and a quick Google search brought up EDS. I was happy with their selection and found the website easy to navigate. However, I made a mistake on my delivery address and it was close to their 3pm same day dispatch time. I rang and spoke to Rob who updated this for me without issues and I received next day as stated before midday. One happy customer!

Return
Due to festive period I couldnt manage to try products which I purchased from EDS. Part of the products were not being used and I wanted to return just after 3 days of return period. Its not their fault to follow their policies however I couldnt return the products that I cant use in the near future. It could have been much nicer them to understand clients situations and be more flexible.

Outstanding Customer Service from Paul at EDS!
I've had an excellent experience dealing with Paul at EDS. He was incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The delivery was impressively fast, and item was well packaged the prices are very competitive too. Really appreciate how my order was dealt with. Highly recommended!

Part availability was great.. other sites were out of stock... delivery was very quick and the delivered price was less than other places... part is exact match item so, well pleased.

Delivery drive took photo on the doorstep, confirming correct recipient.
Hard to see how this transaction could be improved upon.
