De levering was optijd en de fiets was in goede staat.

I bought a Fatbike from them, I wanted to save some money so I tried to opt out of the Alarm and the GPS tracker. But Blagoje (owner) did not let me and actually offered the GPS as deferred payment (something I really appreciate). Today my bike got stolen, I sent Blagoje a msg and in less than 3 minutes he was calling me, tracking my bike on GPS, he called the police and actually drove to the bike location. While I was with the police we kept looking and tracking the bike and Blagoje found it!! Thankfully got the bike back safe and sound.
Without his efforts and customer care, my bike would be long gone now. I cannot thank him enough.
Not only do i recommend his bikes to all my network but I recommend it now on all my social media pages and to people in Amsterdam and the Netherlands who value proper business conduct and service.
