We bought a hub which is not of a high quality which didn't match the price. As well, we bought it in a period of promotions and we never got our cash back as promised.

I bought a Zanussi condenser tumble dryer. (ZDC8203WZ) The customer service for this is the Electrolux group in Ireland.
The dryer does not completely dry the clothes despite adjusting it to the max dry as outlined in the manual. We have to hang them up after we take them out.
They will not give advice over the phone and say that despite being under guarantee I will have to pay for a service call if they find nothing wrong.

I figured out a solution about 6 weeks ago. Just choose the time button and move the time to 2 hours on cotton. That usually gets things dry enough. I do not like the dyer though. A dryer should give the option of low or high temperature and a wide range for drying time. That is all that is needed. All the stuff about delicate or duvet or mixed fabrics is useless. I am not going to increase the star rating.

This is a dreadful company. The rubber seal split on my fridge/freezer. I purchased the spare part for an obscene price. £66 for a piece of rubber. I got an independent fitter around to fit because it looked complicated. He said this is not the correct seal for the door! Electrolux want another £130 for someone to come round & have a look. They said they won’t credit it because I ordered the wrong seal. All the numbers I gave them came of the instruction book that came with the appliance. ABSOLUTE THIEVES!
