My order wasn't able to be shipped so I got an email. The order was cancelled but not refunded. Do not trust this seller

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the standard we aim to provide.

If your order was cancelled, a full refund is always issued. In most cases, the refund is processed immediately on our side, but it can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
