Ware wurde als Sofortdownload angeboten. Kreditkarte belastet. Ware wurde nicht geliefert, angeblich nicht vorrätig. Da besteht schon der Verdacht des Betruges. Widerruf übermittelt! Vorsicht sehr unseriös!

Als Gast Software Key bestellt, wurde nicht geliefert, stattdessen wurden nachträglich persönliche Daten und sogar ein Personalausweis verlangt. Klingt nach Betrug.
Seitdem erhalte ich (zufällig?) viele Telefonarufe aus dem Ausland...

Install of Word2019 was extremely complicated. After 3 days, hours at the time, I quit trying.

Process was easy. Got my game eswell which is the main thing :)

The activation instructions stated that you would receive a code that you could enter in a Games Launcher to activate a game. Instead of a code, I was sent someone else's login information, which I was supposed to use to log into my Windows Store and download something. Very dubious! After I complained, my entire EF access suddenly stopped working!

I totally thought I would get scammed cause the site looked a bit sketchy BUT so far I succeeded in getting and downloading my game and even some others. Super fast too :D!!

Pusrchased two programs but struggle to install. Neded to uninstall first BUT it meant my email was uninstalled too so when I went back to log in the one time password needed to sign in was was sent to a mail address I can't access.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO SIGN IN AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM.
Basically I've paid for Office 2021 and Windows 11 neother of which I can install...

Todos sus productos se encuentran con stock, según su Página Fraudulenta sin embargo cuando ya se te hace el cobro por el producto seleccionado, te indican que va demorar 12-24 horas, pasan las 24 horas y para seguir justificandose te indican que no hay producto ni fecha de llegada sin embargo siguen vendiendo en su página como lo hubiera, te ofrecen una opción de reembolso que prácticamente te generará un perjuicio de casi 1 semana. Si es que llega, ya que páginas que aplican este tipo de vicios y estrategias por lo general son fraudulentas, no lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Habe mir einen Nintendo Switch Sports Account gekauft. Als ich den Account aktivieren wollte war der Code zum aktivieren vom Account bereits eingelöst. Haben den Support jeden Tag angeschrieben und nach ca. 5 Tagen endlich eine Antwort bekommen. Ich wollte eine Rückerstattung, da ich das Spiel schon auf einer anderen Seite gekauft habe. Sie meinten das wäre nicht möglich, da das Spiel noch auf Lager ist und dies nur möglich ist wenn das Spiel out of stock ist. Daraufhin meinten Sie sie können mir den Account ersetzen und meinten, dass ich mich für ein anderes Spiel entscheiden müsse, da dieses gerade nicht verfügbar ist (Logik??). Aufjedenfall habe ich dann einen anderen Account mit einem anderen Spiel erhalten. 1 Sek nachdem ich das Spiel herunterladen wollte, wurde auch schon das Passwort geändert und ich stand wieder ohne Spiel da. Support meinte zu mir ich hätte das Passwort geändert und dass Sie mir nun nicht weiterhelfen können. AUF KEINEN FALL VON DIESER SEITE KAUFEN! Ich habe direkt meine Bank kontaktiert und lies mir das Geld zurückerstatten und habe die Seite auf der National Cyber Security Seite reported. Finde es unfassbar das so eine Seite überhaupt existierten kann und die original Seite (electronicfirst.com) nichts dagegen unternimmt die Seite runterzunehmen.

Scammers, stay well away from them. Will give you an account with the game purchased and then after a few weeks change the password and lock you out.

Ni si os ocurra comprar aquí, es una estafa, para completar la compra te pide una foto de tu DNI. Cuando cancelas para el reembolso o pides explicaciones se hacen los sordos. Si ya has pagado y lo has echo por Paypal, pide a Paypal el reembolso, a mi me lo ingresaron en 3 días.
