The gentlemen at Electronic Express were wonderful to work with. From the point to sale through delivery, installation and follow-up, I could not have asked for a better experience. Each of the people that I worked with were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The deliverymen were very considerate and respectful of me, my property and my new refrigerator. I had one minor glitch and they came back out and made it right, no questions asked. When the time comes, I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Went to buy a refrigerator. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable.

Chandler did an excellent job helping me research the right appliances to fit my kitchen and was very knowledgeable and always available.

My experience was great. My salesperson was very helpful. He explained my options and details on the models I was reviewing.

I never got my order!! I called ups, they said the sender didn't fill out my address completely and they had a restriction in place where they couldn't modify it. Ups told me to call the company and they could fix it. So I did. I was told that the only thing they can do is wait for the computer to be sent back to them and issue a refund because...get this... they give their customers information to a 3rd party to address the labels. Ridiculous. Regardless, it doesn't matter who they blame it on, the fact remains that they are responsible to fulfill the orders. Then I was treated like I should be grateful that they would give me a refund!! Thats just a given considering I didn't get the product!! It also doesn't solve the fact that I needed that computer for a project that I had to put on hold because I was waiting foolishly on a computer required to do it that never came. I do not recommend them and I will never TRY to use them again.

Our salesman Esric was absolutely amazing. He knew all about the appliances we needed and was not pushy. He was super supportive and encouraging. He was also a great sport about the toddler we had with us running laps in the store while he educated us on our options. Then the pricing was fair and competitive. The process was rounded out with a great delivery and install process! Thank you for the whole experience.

Our family needed to buy a new dishwasher. We did a lot of research online, and then visited EE and several other big box retailers. EE staff addressed questions we had, and ended up having a better _advertised_ price than the box stores.

The dishwasher was installed in a couple of days. We will keep EE in mind for our next appliance purchase.

Shopping/buying experience was fine. The delivery/install team were polite, but ultimately left a mess they covered up and didn’t tell me about when they left. Dishwasher install required drilling in a cabinet wall and the team not only left the sawdust, but put the contents of my cabinet back and didn’t mention anything needed to be cleaned. That’s sloppy delivery.
