I was in desperate need of a specific air conditioner and John, Mark, and Zachary were extremely helpful in making sure they had a unit which met the requirements...and at a price which was hard to beat! Thank you guys!

Very knowledgeable staff. Able to purchase same day and they held for later pickup date. Pickup was effortless. Even offered extra cardboard for extra reinforcement during travel home.

Sales personnel were very helpful and had full knowledge of the products I was interested in.

MUCH better than Best Buy

We’ve complained about our experience more than once and customer service argues with us. I’m not going to go over all of it again but nothing was done. And no one tried to make anything right. We do not recommend this store.

I couldn't believe the amount of inventory, the store had all I needed and more.

Our sales person, Seth was very knowledgeable about the products.

I went in the store not knowing what to get for my mother. I just know she told me she wanted a new TV and wanted it to be big. Phillip Dunn Jr. Greeted me when I arrived, I explained to him my situation and he immediately knew what to show me. He explained the differences in the ones I was looking at giving me the knowledge to make an informed decision. I purchased the TV and he put it in the back until I got off work and was able to come back and get it. Great selection, great service and I’ll be back again!!
