Did not have the tv in store

Did not have the tv in store. I had to drive 40 minutes after paying for the tv to pick it up. Sales man told me with the sound bar all I had to do was hook up coax and after messing around with it for two hours and many YouTube videos I discovered this was not true and sound bar is Bluetooth only. Sales man did not know his product.

Delivery partner is the worst ever

Delivery partner is the worst ever!
After multiple calls and text from me to their logistics delivery partner (total joke James Buchanan the 3rd) this outfit is the bottom of the barrel! No call backs no text and totally disengaged from priorities.

They misrepresents the controller I…

They misrepresents the controller I purchased for my son. I think it was Microsoft’s fault too, but I expect the retailer to know what they are selling. The model number on the listing (FST-00008) was not the model number of the controller sent to us (FST-00001). It was a previous version that has a history of bad issues.
