At checkout,my debit card was charged, later they decided they don't like it (because it's from overseas) , although it works perfectly fine anywhere else.

My $1300 is still on hold a week later despite their promises, very negative experience.

I never received my item, my credit card was charged and I was told I would receive my refund within 3 days. It's been a week and still havent received my refund on my credit card. Very upset. I was told because I paid for the TV on line and a refund was requested from the store I need to call the online number. I shouldnt have to do anything!!! I want my money refunded

Bought my washer from here. The associate who helped me was wonderful! They happily price matched a competitor and I wasn't even expecting that! I am very happy with my purchase experience and look forward to doing more business with them!

I made a Black Friday purchase and picked the purchase up in the local store on the following Monday. Everything was straight forward and easy to do. They even loaded my purchase in my vehicle.

The local store needs to keep up with what product they have available for online shoppers. I was never contacted by them that the item I wanted to get my son for Christmas couldn’t be bought. It took the Corporate Office to contact me. It will be a long time before I trust anything on this website for me to buy from here again.

The site was pretty easy to navigate and I found a good product at a very good price! When I went to pick it up, the staff was helpful and loaded it for me.

I ordered a Gaming Monitor from AOC that was supposed to be in stock in Tullahoma TN according to the online website. I went to the store to go pick it up and they did not have a brand new Gaming Monitor from AOC in stock. Instead, they had the one on display and would give me the display. I said no, because of how many hours it has been used already. Then I was told that it was more than likely on the next truck the next day. So I waited until the next day and called them. Then they said they it would not arrive until next Wednesday and still were saying they will give me the display model. I said I would take the display model if they discounted it if I canceled my original order. They said sure, they would take 5% off which is not much at all. So i just cancelled the order all together and bought a gaming monitor from somewhere else.

I purchased a stereo receiver from their website. Even received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. I drove an hour to go pick up my order. I get there and am informed by their staff that they can’t sell me this stereo receiver because they are using it. WTH. I asked for a member of leadership. No help. I asked for another solution to my problem (after driving an hour). No help. They couldn’t even refund my money! Some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ended up driving an hour home ticked off the entire ride. Corporate customer service was zero help as well. Avoid this corporation and especially this location.

Fast, awesome customer service, and great prices for amazing products. It will definitely be my one stop shop for electronics from now on!

The Customer service and the promise they made it was exceptionally awesome and on time.
We got our electric scooters for my kids on the time and date they told us.
Overall it is satisfactory service thanks to the Electronic Express.

Our fridge is good quality, it arrived very quickly, and the people who delivered it were so helpful. The cost of haul away, delivery, and install was very reasonable.

I was finally able to find the pillow I needed for a good night sleep.
