I could not be happier with the service I received from Krystian at Obsidian PC.

From the very first contact, Krystian was professional, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I had many questions, doubts and detailed queries before making my purchase, and he answered everything clearly and respectfully, without ever making me feel rushed or difficult.

What stood out most was the combination of professional expertise and personal care. Krystian took the time to understand what I needed, explained the options properly, helped me make the right choices, and gave me confidence that I was buying the right gaming PC.

Once I placed the order, everything worked like a Swiss clock. The communication was clear, the process was smooth, and the computer arrived exactly on the agreed date. The build looks and feels excellent, and I could not be more pleased with the final result.

I will definitely recommend Krystian and Obsidian PC to friends and family. I hope I never need to test the after-sales care, because that would mean the computer continues to work perfectly, but based on the service I have received so far, I feel confident I am in very good hands.

Damaged ram

Hello,
I have recently bought a refurbished pc from obsidian and had some issues with it. As I have limited knowledge of pcs I sought help from my father in law who works with computers for a living. Unfortunately my pc kept crashing every 5 minutes of use so he took a look at it and took out 1 stick of ram, one was black and one was green, the thinner green one was removed and was quite badly scratched and damaged. As I have had external advice and removed components I don’t think I will be able to send it back. Luckily this isn’t a huge issue because I can cope with 8gb of ram as I will only be using this pc lightly.

I cannot fault anything else, It appears now to be working well and I have no common issues like over heating. All the usb/ports work well and fast. The delivery was quick
and it arrived within 5 days of purchase.

Amazing experience with these guys

Amazing experience with these guys - had some issues at the start with my pc which no one wants to hear but these guys were quick to respond and solve the issues immediately. So you can trust them to honour their word. I had a faulty gpu and they replaced which definite gave them a loss on their side but irrespective they solved the issue. Great team would highly recommend.

a real great place to buy your first pc!

brilliant pc made me realise how bad my old one was, consistent 240 fps on every game. upgraded my ryzen 7 9700x for free to a 7 7800x 3d (the 9700x was out of stock). customer service was great, providing me with updates whenever i asked. delivery was a little slow but that was because of the upgraded piece. overall a brilliant place to buy a pc from and a big thank you to Krystian who was very helpful throughout the process!!

Absolutely first class

Absolutely first class, professional, responsive service. My PC died and I brought it to Krystian at Electro PC. He professionally diagnosed the issue, communicated with me several times per day to keep me informed and provided me with options. At one point, after he'd mentioned that a new CPU would be needed and would cost £150 fitted, he then gave me the alternative option of attempting a repair, costing just £50. I felt like Krystian was on my side throughout - looking after my best interests and offering true value and expertise. After the broken parts were replaced at a very competitive price, my PC was back good as new, only 24 hours later. If you're looking for PC repairs or a new gaming PC, you couldn't go anywhere better than Electro PC. Highly recommended.

ordered a custom PC, everything came ready to play, really good and quick customer service, was going to order from a different brand but the reviews were mixed about installing things on the pc and electro does everything for you so no worries with it :)
was scrolling on tiktok and checked out the brand im really glad i chose this company in the end

''Krystian, you're actually proving my point in your reply below. You keep saying I received an email showing the "correct" breakdown - but that conflicting email is EXACTLY why I contacted you in the first place!
Here's what actually happened: At checkout, I was shown a total that included the breakdown price for my addons (32GB RAM, WiFi card, Bluetooth adapter). I paid that amount including additional amount for upgrades. Then I received a confirmation email which had my upgrades shown conflicting with what the breakdown was at checkout. That's when I emailed you asking what's going on.
You're now using that same problematic confirmation email as "proof" that I was never charged for upgrades - but that email is literally the system error you're admitting existed! You've seen my screenshots showing what I was charged at checkout and what exactly was included in it. You acknowledge receiving them. You even call it a "system error."
So you can't have it both ways - you can't acknowledge there was a system error that showed me incorrect pricing, then turn around and use that same erroneous email as evidence against me. The error happened at checkout when I placed my order and paid extra for those addons. The fact that your system then sent me a conflicting email doesn't erase what I was shown and charged initially.
This isn't about getting the "cheapest PC" - it's about being charged one amount at checkout and then being told I need to pay more despite already paying for those upgrades.''

This was my original feedback:
I ordered my pc with 32 gb ram rather than 16 gb ram, a WiFi card and Bluetooth adapter and price went to £670, I did receive email confirmation of my purchases which explicitly mentioned breakdown of my order. Even My order tab to this date shows breakdown of my purchases under these prices mentioned above. Then I emailed them just in case don’t forget I have added add ons. I received email from this one guy who runs all the operations that I need to pay extra for that ram WiFi card and Bluetooth adapter for which I already had paid extra while ordering. Anyways we do a lot of back and forth in which I attach screenshots of my basket, completed basket, snap of my orders sections on their website but the owner keeps insisting I need to pay and dismissed my point that I have already by suggesting that he doesn’t know how I might have done that or quietly referring to error in his system.

Not to forget how poor his customer service is. He mentions phone number but never once picked up the phone nor replied to any my messages.

It’s a one man show and that’s what you’d expect with such small businesses. Regardless of our intentions to support small business owners there are reasons that force us to rely on established brands for their integrity and customer service.

I appreciate you taking the time to leave this review.

I do understand your frustration with the amount you paid for the PC after initially thinking the price may be lower. However, there are some things we do need to clarify as some of the points you made aren't entirely fair and just.

The base price of the PC you ordered, without any upgrades, comes to £695.00. You then used a discount code to bump that down by £25.00

You were only charged the base price of the PC, without any upgrades + you used a discount code. You were not charged for the upgrades whatsoever at this point and had the PC paid for at a discounted rate. All completely fine on our end.

Your automatic confirmation email breaks down the prices you were charged at each step, showing you were charged £670.00 for the base PC without upgrades, after the discount. Then "FREE" for the 16GB RAM, and "FREE" For “No WiFi card”. At no point did the system charge you any more than it should have and the confirmation email shows no upgrades on it as it should.

After you approached us through our support email. You received an initial response within 3 hours. Further responses took no longer than 30mins so you did receive top-quality support times. During our conversation, it was pointed out to you that the system has only charged you the base price of the PC, all aligning with how much you paid. There was one small part of the screen that mentioned the PC did have the upgrades that you weren't charged for.

Upon seeing this, we mentioned this must have been a system error as you have witnessed yourself, there was a cost breakdown that stated you weren’t charged for the upgrades, nor were they present on the main section of the confirmation, which showed 0 upgrades selected with £0 charges.

You were offered a couple of options to go forwards with. One of them was a full refund back to your original payment method. The second option was to proceed with a separate payment for your upgrades, with an additional 10% discount for the inconvenience. At no point were you forced to take any of the options as we do understand this could have been frustrating to yourself we even offered a discount.

So overall, you received a discount on both the PC and the upgrades due to a system error. You received fast and helpful support with clear options to resolve the issue. No-one else is able to get the PC as cheaply as you have, yet this is still not satisfactory to yourself.

We are extremely busy with the lead up to Christmas, our phone line may be busy at times. It isn’t necessary to respond to text messages when we are responding to your emails.

We hope this clears up some of the issues you’ve had with our company. Though as the owner, I must emphasise, you received the cheapest version of the PC you ordered out of any of our customers. On top of that, quick and helpful responses.

Love it and recommend to anyone!

I've had the PC for about 2 weeks now and it was the best purchase made, ordered on a sunday night and came on wednesday, very fast delivery, when it arrived it was packaged very well and was very protected, very easy set up and I have loved it ever since! No flaw or anything, if I ever need a a new one again, will definitely be purchasing here again!!

Fantastic company, great customer service

I have brought a computer from Electro PC twice now (once for me, once for son) and both times have been fantastic! Happy to answer questions and help with anything they can. With my pc there was an issue with graphics card which was fixed super quick and I have had no issues in the 18 months since. I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you!

Highly recommend

Pc bought on Sunday. Delivered on Wednesday. Plug and play. Really happy with it so far. No power cable in the box, but a hand written note saying they had ran out and expect an Amazon delivery, which came on the Thursday. A nice touch.
