After a delay from ordering to the bike being sent I now have a new Eleglide bike. Which is great. Throughout the process of waiting for the bike, the support has been amazing and faultless. I couldn’t recommend the company enough.

My bike was delayed but when I contacted support they were very respectful and understanding and gave me the new schedule for my bike to be shipped and it was shipped on time this time. And they also gave me a gift for the delay.

There is no throttle for bike

There is no throttle for bike. I want manual to accelerate and go with ease add that to every model. And provide a minimum basic portable air pump with the bike.

Therefore, our current models are not equipped with this feature in order to ensure full compliance with applicable standards.

I bought the Eleglide M2 and after much use it was showing an E40 error on the motor. After contacting support, they first sent replacement parts (motor and controller), and when that didn’t fully resolve the issue, they arranged a full repair at their service center.

Throughout the process, their customer support was very responsive, patient, and helpful. They covered shipping both ways and kept me updated, and in the end the bike was fully repaired with multiple components replaced.

Overall, it took some time, but I’m very satisfied with how professionally Eleglide handled the situation and made sure the problem was completely fixed.

Problem with assistance Eleglide M1plus.

Hier, problem with the assistance! After 3 years of good expérience, the assistance works by intermittence with the pedal, not with the handle.
