I was due a boiler service so i rang


I was due a boiler service so i rang Elementis Boiler Expects and was directed to there website to book a appointment online. This was great as i could pick a date and time which suited me. I booked it in a few days later and got confirmation by email straight away then a reminder 1 day before the appointment by text. On the day i got a text informing me of the ETA time which was within 5 minutes of the due time. Grant was the engineer who serviced the boiler quickly and efficiently and reported no problems with the boiler which is now 12 years old and did not try and sell me a new boiler or anything else. A very professional and efficient service and a service plan to pay for the next service monthly if you wish. I highly recommend Elementis Boiler Experts. DM

Excellent service, with regular comms about appointment time/arrival.
Identified a potential issue, which has been resolved to ensure no problems come winter!

Boiler service

Explained what was needed for the boiler service and why. Answered all my questions. Fair price and explained I didn’t need a part when easily could have charged to repair this. Thorough service.

Communication updates from him on the day of the job are very useful. He lets you know if he's going to be delayed.
He explains what he is doing.

Easy to book, punctual arrival with good communication. Work was carried out efficiently and carefully. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
