have been chasing a refund for 4months a incomplete dress. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee does not apply at all.I paid postage to send back & never received a refund . I know i wont and take the loss. It definitely is a scam.

I have been chasing a partial refund for 2 months now after they had sent me a dress which was not as advertised. Totally different. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee does not apply at all. I'm guessing I have to just give up and take the loss. It definitely is a scam. Don't fall for it like I did

Clothes are not as advertised. They do not have a shop in Australia. Only a Chinese company with cheap poorly made clothes and not as described. Sent me 1 dress wrong colour and said I had to pay postage to exchange. Avoid at all costs.

Elena & Sofia Sydney is a ghost store. Items are shipped from China and emails requesting cancelation of an order take a considerable amount of time to be responded to. Despite my cancelling the order several times well prior to shipment, the goods were still shipped. The merchant did reluctantly provide a full refund.
