Withdraw issue

I using this broker last few months, I'm loss more then 3k usd, when I'm recovered my some of losses, thay will delay my withdrawal, last 2 days ago i made withdraw and internal transfer thay said my account is going to additional verification, my id is totally verified, i don’t understand what kind of additional verification thay are making last 3 days, it’s not complete yet. Copy trading loss followed by unfulfilled refund claims from IB

I am sharing my experience with Octa / Elev8 in relation to their copy trading platform.

I participated in Octa copy trading through their app and incurred a loss of approximately USD 10,342.44. Following the loss, I joined a Telegram group that was directly accessible via the platform interface and associated with the strategy provider (Introducing Broker).

In that group, the IB acknowledged issues with the trading activity and indicated that there had been negligence. Subsequently, statements were made suggesting that losses would be compensated or refunded. However, no such compensation was ever provided.

It is also worth noting that some of these statements are no longer visible in the Telegram group, although I have retained records.

When I raised this matter with the company, they denied responsibility on the basis that the IB is a third party, despite the fact that access to the Telegram group was provided within the platform environment.

This matter has since been submitted to the Securities Commission Malaysia for review (Case Ref: SC2026-89284), as it raises concerns about how external links and representations are presented within the platform.

I am sharing this so others can better understand the risks associated with relying on third-party communications linked through trading platforms.

I try to withdraw my profit but for somehow it was still pending till today. I feel like being scammed by this app. Hopefully they will take action as soon as possible.

Serious Concerns: Withdrawal Rejected, Account Restricted, No Clear Explanation

I was already severely damaged in the Octa environment, with losses well into six figures. Given the public history surrounding Octa, I had hoped Elev8 would clearly prove that it is different and would not continue the same kind of troubling conduct.

Instead, after finally recovering part of my historical losses through successful trading, my withdrawal requests have now been rejected and transactions on my account have been restricted during an internal review. The amount at issue is significant ($70k).

I submitted the requested KYC documents in full. Support then confirmed that my documents had been received, that nothing further was required from my side, and that my funds were safe. My first email was sent on 5 April 2026. As of 9 April 2026, I still have no substantive email reply, no proper explanation, and no concrete resolution timeline.

Another highly troubling point is that, despite previous assurances, I still cannot withdraw by bank transfer and appear to be pushed toward crypto-only withdrawal options instead. In light of the past public allegations associated with the wider Octa environment, this raises even more serious concerns and does nothing to build trust.

What makes this even more alarming is that I have now come across multiple very similar complaints from other users describing denied withdrawals, prolonged reviews, restrictions, and repetitive support responses.

If Elev8 truly wants to be seen as different from the Octa past, then this is the moment to show it through actions, not scripted reassurances.

I expect immediate clarification, restoration of withdrawal access, including by normal bank transfer, and a transparent resolution without further delay. I will update this review if the matter is properly resolved.

##### UPDATE AND RESPONSE 10.04. #####

Elev8’s reply still avoids the actual issue.

My withdrawal was declined, transactions on my account were restricted, and since my first email on 5 April 2026 I still have not received a real written explanation. Live chat has produced nothing except scripted stalling.

What is especially troubling is that this is now being widened into a review of “account activity” rather than remaining a simple KYC check. That creates the clear impression that KYC was used first to freeze the account, and that the process is now being expanded after the fact because my trading finally moved back in my favour.

The public record from the Octa past makes this impossible to ignore. If Elev8 wants to claim it is different, it should stop hiding behind PR language and resolve the case properly.

I expect an immediate written clarification, full restoration of withdrawal access, including bank withdrawal, and an end to these generic responses.

##### UPDATE 15.04. #####
STILL NO RESOLUTION!
I have now even provided the requested wallet signature proving control of the deposit wallet. Two days later, there is still no follow-up or confirmation, no clear timeline, and withdrawals remain blocked.

At this point, the pattern is becoming very clear: each time a new requirement is fulfilled, the result is not resolution, but further delay!!!

This is not a reassuring compliance process. Traders should take this very seriously.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone against depositing funds with Elev8.

I had a very disappointing experience with Elev8.

I requested a withdrawal, and the status was marked as “completed.” However, the funds have still not arrived in my bank account.

I have already confirmed with my bank that:

There is no incoming transaction
There is no pending transfer

What is even more concerning is that Elev8 is unable to provide any proof of payment such as a transaction reference number, SWIFT/MT103, or any official transfer receipt.

A legitimate broker should always be able to provide verifiable proof once a withdrawal is marked as completed. Without this, I have serious doubts whether the funds were actually sent.

Customer support has not provided a clear solution and keeps giving unclear responses.
