"I left a high-flying, comfortable career in the Indian Army in search of growth in Australia. Despite having an MBA and certifications like PgMP and PMP, I landed here as a 'clean slate.' I had no idea how things worked here.

When I joined Pan’s program, I was already applying for roles and getting interviews after a career break, but I wasn’t converting them into offers. I felt close, yet something wasn’t quite landing.

I joined Elevar’s 8-week career coaching program at a time when I was genuinely struggling to understand my career direction and whether I should be competing in highly saturated graduate programs.

During the initial clarity call, Pan helped me realise that my capabilities were already above traditional graduate-level expectations and encouraged me to focus on roles aligned with that level, rather than underselling myself. After completing my studies and entering the job market at year-end — combined with receiving my full-time work rights only in November — I was still able to secure a full-time permanent role in my desired field by December of the same year.
