Longest shipping time ever!!

Took over a week for the wigs to ship out and will be 10 days by the time my order is received. Most companies are shipping same day so I don't know why elevate styles hasn't jumped on the band wagon. Since Amazon no ones wants to wait 10 days for anything especially hair!!!

Poor customer service

I've emailed you several times about returning a wig and although you've provided me with an RMA code, I've been given no further instructions. My return window is closing, which is why I believe you're not getting back with me.

They really told me 3-4 days to ship

They really told me 3-4 days to ship, but it took longer. They kept promising to ship out the next day instead of just saying item not in stock and really made me miss an event. You should communicate when u charge someone for something they didn’t receive.

I did not receive my unit at all

I did not receive my unit at all. And it said it was delivered and I did not receive it at all. And I checked my tracking number and it said it was delivered in the mail box on the 12th but I didn't get it.

Quick delivery and good price

Ordered from here as the prices were better than in UK stores, and really impressed with delivery time. I received my items a lot quicker than when I ordered from a similar well known website in the UK.
