They are not good at all i found them very bad and didn't explain much and had a personal issue with me

We have had a tough time recently as a residential care home, as our previous digital care provider suddenly went out of business, leaving us with no training provision and very little time to find an alternative. After a lot of searching, phone calls, and frustration trying to get simple training quotes, there was only one company that truly listened, and that was Elevate.

From the beginning, Nicky understood I didn’t have the time for sales calls or delays, I just needed clear, practical information to pass on to our director. He not only provided that but went above and beyond to support us.

Our training matrix was very outdated, but Nicky took it off my hands and, together with his colleague Carolyn, set up all our staff accounts, matched the courses to their due dates, and enrolled everyone accordingly. I didn’t have to do a thing. It’s been a huge weight lifted.

They even created bespoke courses for us, so we no longer have to juggle multiple websites and platforms. That alone has made a massive difference, our staff no longer need to set themselves up on different systems, and everything is now in one easy place. It's fabulous and I love the look of the platform and courses.

Elevate has been an incredible support during a really challenging time. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything they’ve done, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a training provider who actually cares and delivers exactly what’s needed.
