Eleven Sports Media レビュー

Working with Paul Morris and the team at Eleven Sports Media has been a pleasure, and we have received commercial value and interest as a result of our partnership. Looking forward to many more years in partnership!

Eleven Sport Media have offered a fantastic service throughout both our opportunities with them. All members of staff are extremely polite and welcoming.

The service and communication from everyone at Eleven Sports Media has been 5*! The media content we have received has been invaluable to our social media campaigns. Our account manager Paul Morris has been really helpful in helping us get the best out of our content. The partner meeting we attended was well organised....we can't wait for the next meeting!

Great service from the team so far. Kept updated on events and adverting and our dedicated Account Manager Paul Morris has been excellent. Paul is personable, a really nice guy and cares about his clients. Has responded to a few queries and questions to date in a timely manner and nothing is too much trouble for him.

Been working with Eleven Sports Media for 5 months now since signing up with Leicester City Football Club Community Partnership. I can truly say that this company wants the best for you. They want to see you do well and make the most out of the benefits and promotional opportunities available. When you see your brand appearing on MOTD it's an unbelievable feeling of achievement. Excited for many years of association with Paul Morris and the Eleven Sports Media Team and what this may bring to PrecisionFM.

“Well, where to start...?! Eleven are a well run outfit, professional, well organised, friendly, helpful and always approachable.
We are into our 4th year at Leeds Utd with Eleven and I can honestly say they have exceeded our expectations, long may it last...!
Big thanks to the team, especially Nadia, Sharon & Neil, who seem to put on the events effortlessly....”

We have been with Eleven Sports Media for the last two seasons at Sunderland FC. In that time we have received nothing but excellent service.
Our accounts manager Adele Thorley keeps us informed and updated of our advertisement when our social media/marketing took place with live photos/images of this.
we would recommend Eleven Sports media to anyone looking to be involved with a sports partnership.

Horrendous service at moment. we signed up beginning of last season to try with both Rangers and Celtic. we understand this season is a nightmare to try and sort out but offer some other type of exposure rather than an odd stat tracker and then being told to busy to reply to my concerns. Not even trying to address any issues

terrible

Really poor service provided by Eleven Sports. They have not been able to fulfill their contractual obligations but refuse to offer refunds during this time, now trying to use the very open and heavily weighted in their favour contract to extend the agreement.

Months later and still no resolution on how they will fulfill their part of the contract. Threatening with court action if payments are missed even when they can not provide the contracted service. I would not recommend anyone to use Eleven Sports Media as they make you sign a contract without having seen it prior and then hold you to ransom as much as possible.

The actual products they provide have also been really poor, almost no brand exposure or awareness and really no benefit to a company which will help you in any way.

Eleven Sports Media have been great. Lauren has been a fantastic account manager. She's been very responsive and always keeps us updated. We would highly recommend Eleven Sports!

These guys have been fantastic, Nothing is too much trouble for them Lauren has helped us out on many occasions always polite and professional.
I would recommend this company to anyone looking to be involved in a sports partnership.

Very organised and efficient at delivering our services. Notified of advertisement as and when our social media/marketing took place with live photos/images of this.

We have been with Eleven Sports Media for three years now and have received nothing but excellent service. Our Account Manager Neil keeps us informed and up to date at all times and it's a great way to connect businesses along with having a presence in the heart of Newcastle!

We are into our third year with Eleven Sport Media's package at Newcastle United. We have been very pleased with the exposure achieved during that time. Eleven have dealt with everything in a very professional manner and we have made to feel like a valued customer throughout our deal and not just at the start.

We've always received a fantastic service from the team at Eleven Sports Media - what a lovely bunch they are.

The whole experience from start to finish with Eleven media has been a pleasure. Very very happy with everything they have done and always a pleasure seeing our company name around St James Park!

Eleven Sports Media are without doubt a company that is looking to connect business with their favourite club. I own my own service company am an active partnering company to my favourite football club, Sunderland AFC. It get my company profile in front of the people I want to work with. It is great to be involved in activities and events that allow me to promote my company and the services we offer.

Eleven Sports Media are always available to help and put in the time to ensure any queries I have are dealt with to the upmost of efficiency. They always are working hard and email us frequently to keep us updated in everything :)

Great service, if we could improve on anything it would be the photos sent to us of the games with our logo throughout the stadium.
