Prompt and excellent service, always going extra mile!

Yes, you can do it all yourself and self-host it. However, sometimes for a few bucks more, having elfhosted host the instances and getting that white glove Rolls-Royce vip experience is worth it. They had my Streamio configs done super quick. They're friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

Customer support is GREAT. Communication and response time were above satisfactory, and they were also clearly knowledgeable about every question I asked. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This might come across as hyperbolic, but it is not truly a game changer for me and everything that I love, and I mean that in the sincerest, most honest way, there is a before and there is an after and it is like I was living in the Stone ages before and now Limitless could not be more happy and thankful to have come across this great great website and community if you even remotely care about the media, you consume, you will check this out. You do not need to be technically savvy because I am most assuredly not they help you every step of the way with anything you need And I’m only upset that I didn’t know or get on this sooner.

Great product, great support

I’ve been using Elfhosted for a few months now and couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is second to none - there’s always someone on hand to help, and they’re super friendly and willing to get their hands dirty ‘under the hood’ if any issues arise (which is almost always down to third-party services, not Elfhosted themselves).

I also appreciate how proactive they are with updates and improvements which are complete in a daily update window. It’s clear they really care about their users and go the extra mile to make sure things run smoothly.

Very cheap trials available on a lot of their stacks which allows you to get stuck in and get a feel for the place before committing.

Elfhosted is absolutely fantastic. Especially if you do not have a ton of technical knowledge or the ability to selfhost. Hell even if you can selfhost this is a great starting point to get a feel for different apps and the knowhow to use them. As the customer service is top tier and they also offer white glove services for specific packages so becomes plug and play you just do minimal upkeep they even update the apps for you so your not having to pay attention to when containers need updating. Would still be using the service if I did not take the time/knowhow to switch to selfhosting. So do I recommend Elfhosted. The the answer would be yes 10 out of 10 times.

i tried elf hosted after becoming increasingly frustrated with trying to manage all of the "needs" i was personally trying to fulfill for my family at home. it was overwhelming even with access to GenAI trying to help me troubleshoot. I decided to give elfhosted a trial just to see if it could do what i needed. It was ALLOT even having a general idea of what i wanted to do, there was still allot i didnt know. the help though that is offered through discord is simply unparalleled. they made it seem so easy and they never complained when i would ask them to reset things for me over and over again. this is absolutely worth the price

Awesome customer service, products work great, amazing server, overall I recommend these guys.

Great option though a bit pricey. Most of it is automated but you may need to spend sometime at initial setup. Given the prices would want see to see some more features being added at same cost !

Great product, but pricey but don't mind the price as it's all automated and was easy to setup, got my external vps storage linked up by rclone and it works, all things in one place, thank you

Reliable service, fast update and I like the transperency of elfhosted

Happy with Elfhosted! Could be better, I was looking for a "managed" version without having to think about solving issues myself.

The support is great! I have used VIP and regular support and both very friendly and helpful.

My suggestion would be to deliver an "managed" solution just an overseer and plex/jellyfin without the extra hassle.

Too much upkeep required for the price. Perhaps RealDB is more to blame for issues, but there were several times where my library would climb to 1000+ movies, only to check a day later to see it down to 100 movies. Plex symlinks broke frequently, streaming speeds bad, etc. I initially bought a prepaid plan, but I gave up on this with time remaining. A courtesy refund of some kind would have been nice.
