Has anyone had any joy with a refund?

If I could give less than 1 star I would! I read the reviews on their website before ordering a lovely waterproof jacket. At that point they were all 5 *.It said dispatched in UK in 24 hours, so I thought it was a UK company.
Confirmation of dispatch arrived and upon checking I was upset to see that it was coming from China.
The jacket arrived after about 3 weeks . Nothing like advertised...very cheap Shein like t shirt material and definitely not waterproof. No drawstring waist or cuffs and no zip pouch pocket.
I doubt that I will attempt a return because no doubt they wont pay or refund the cost of postage which will leave me even more out of pocket.
Do not buy anything from this company

'waterproof hoodie' arrived. Material of incredibly poor quality badly made, and most certainly not waterproof at all. I would never use this company again beware!

1 star is too much. Item received today was not at all as advertised. Cheap, poorly made non-waterproof material- NOT the snazzy waterproof I ordered. Have emailed and contacted on Facebook for a refund but no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Product delivered today and is nothing like the advertised coat. Wrong colour, very cheap non-waterproof material, no toggles no care instructions- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM - not cheap, paid £30 - have requested a return/refund

Item arrived this morning - cheap plastic packaging ripped open... his is not what I ordered - complete con.... Have requested Return and refund - DO NOT buy from this company...

Bought what was advertised as a waterproof jacket, it is nothing like what they advertised, cheap nylon, no zip on the front and no cord toggles, absolutely shocking quality, do not buy from this company, have requested a refund and heard nothing back, disgraceful company, 1 star is to good

I have to agree with what other people have written. I received a jacket that was £34 and it’s noting like the description….poorly made, have no idea even what the material is!! It’s certainly not waterproof as advertised. No labels in the garment. Very poor.

Avoid at all cost !!! I ordered a hand held steam cleaner costing £34.99. What I received after a 2 week wait was a cheap hand held clothes steamer. It isn’t even compatible with UK electrical sockets so is absolutely useless. Disgusting that this company can get away with this. No response to my emails either 😡

Nothing like the description. Paid £35 and total trash. Cheap material and not waterproof.

Ordered my jacket. Took nearly three weeks to arrive to then see it’s nothing like the images or as described. Total fake, cheap material. Tried contacting via Facebook and email. No response!

Ordered and paid for 2 jackets 2 weeks ago still waiting to have them delivered e mailed but no response - extremely poor still no response from this company - beware :(
