I use Elite as my go-to source for advanced customization and problem solving. I give them the "difficult stuff" that they can do much more efficiently anyway, which allows me to focus on the front end. I also send them things to do that my small team of 2 just doesn't have time for. It's great to have a knowledgeable team I can assign tasks to on an as needed basis.
