Bag falls apart at the stitching within 6 months of use.
Use 2 days a week, for 20 minutes of walking.
Purchased new and didn’t use for a few years due to pandemic changed working shifts.
Started new shifts, and started to use the safely packaged and stored bag.
As over 2 years since purchase the company will not help in any way, or even offer repair.
So the bag is falling apart at the stitches, following roughly 48 uses, at 20 minutes use when walking each time.
Clearly manufactured poorly, and the brand do not back their products build quality.
Would suggest looking for better made brands.
Comparison, my last bag for work, made by a different company, lasted 12 years of use 5 days a week , before it needed replacing.
