Had a fantastic and informative day at a taster session in Nottingham. The session was engaging, the staff were approachable and there was even some light hearted humour thrown in for good measure. Definitely eye opening and you will definitely adjust your sales technique after attending

I’ve had a truly life changing experience with ECA. It’s hard to put into words just how much I enjoyed the 3 day sales course.

We attended one of the Elite Training Academy open day sessions. From the moment we arrived, staff were approaching us and asking what it would take for us to sign up on the day. It felt very sales-driven, with constant probing throughout.

I would strongly advise anyone attending to be very careful about what you agree to, and to make sure you receive copies of anything you sign — including clear details of the cooling-off period.

Due to a change in our circumstances, we were unable to go ahead with the course. We had made it clear at the time (including to the owner) that we wouldn’t be starting until well into the new year. However, when we later requested a refund, we were told we were outside of the cooling-off period — despite not being made aware of it, and not receiving any paperwork.

We were ultimately able to recover the £850 via a chargeback through our card provider. The way this was handled left a very bad impression and, in our view, did not feel fair or properly managed.

I can’t comment on the quality of the training itself as we didn’t attend, but based on our experience, the overall process felt questionable and left us with serious concerns.

8 of our team have now had the pleasure of being trained by Matt and his team.

Talking about sales has been a bit like talking about sex with your parents. It has been taboo, it has been seen as the sordid end of things.

I have been on a course that has changed my business, changed the way I think, changed my life.

He has made me see the true value of what I have grown, what I can offer and what it can do for others. There is one more day- but I am champing at the bit- I want to go and make it grow. I will no longer need to sell my books, my courses, my coaching, Matt’s Elite Coaching Academy tools mean that in having connected conversations with busy parents, thoughtful educators and thinking businesses, they will see just what my FingerTips Framework can do for them . My work will sell itself and I will never hold back from a ‘sales call’ again .

Great experience with Elite Closing Academy and the 3-day training with Matt Elwell.
Matt is bold, straight to the point, and keeps it practical—no fluff. The group was energised and the vibe was absolutely great!
We worked clear frameworks for discovery calls, objection handling, and closing without sounding pushy, plus real examples and role-play feedback.
Biggest win: I clearly saw my gaps and exact blocking points. Leaving with a clear plan and ready to implement immediately.

This is the 2nd time I've done Matt's 3-day sales training course - there's a reason I've done it twice because it's awesome.

As someone who is generally confident, the asking for money/ the sale still used to elude me until I started using some of the structures he shares.

Having a clear path to follow and phrases to use have made things much easier.

So much so, that this time I've signed up to the 1yr Gold academy so that I can serve more of the right people in my own business

Matt is fab and has a great understanding and knowledge on the skill of sales. I have leant alot by understanding the strategy of sales. Now is the key to practise and develop the skill of converting conversations into paying clients.

I’m half way through the 3 day sales training course and I can honestly say for my business and personal life applying the learnings will be game changing.

I’ve signed up to the gold membership and can’t wait to get started, I can’t believe how I say simple the processes are but only when I realised how much I have been overcomplicating things …. Anyone looking for sales training that isn’t greasy but with integrity and honesty in service should sign up.

My first day in three days Sales & Closing Certification was extremely valuable and practical for me. The trainer Matt and Ned were focused on clear communication, psychology and how to lead sales conversations with CONFIDENCE - without being pushy or salesy. What can I say? I'm one day into a three day sales training course and already my mind is blown. My arm aches from all the notes that I've taken down. The speakers are great and really drill down to the granular detail. The bonding experience with the other candidates is a great networking exercise. I would highly recommend Matt and his team.
