Order took more than 20 minutes to complete. When contacted, the bot just spams order will take 3-5 minutes.

It's a scam! Do check the amount of diamonds you've purchased. I've encountered a few occasions whereby they only provided partial service and gave lesser than what I should received. And it's a huge difference!
Wander how many ripped off have they done to customers that did not check their purchases.

I dont recommend buying from here or elitedias on the marketplace especially on the event recharge day, my orders often labeled as complete but i don’t receive them at all. contacted the admin on telegram/whatsapp/on the website but they barely reply and if they do they wont really care much. sometimes the admin are rude too

Best Top Up site with fast and responsive customer service I have visited so far
I have been making multiple order in Elitedias and most of my order were completed within 10 seconds, while making high price order at a time can sometimes take longer up to 30 mins at most based on my experience, and I did encounter an issue once where I only receive a part (around 40%) of the in game currency that I have made purchase in and reach out to their customer service and I got the rest of my order back (all within an hour), and it is a quite a large order so I am glad their customer service are fast and responsive to solving this for me. Will definitely continue using Elitedias just like the past 1 year. TY for the service and keep it up!
