Mostly pretty good. Everything I've gotten online has been functional.
I did buy an Elite Force 1911 from an in-store retailer, which had some issues with the slide. But I couldn't really say whether that was on the fault of Elite Force or another party, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since I haven't seen these complaints come up elsewhere.

Parts fit great and was able to use my airsoft pistol immediately. I wish there was just an o-ring kit available instead of buying whole kit. Dis not need spring, valves, etc. $29 vs a $50 new mag, definitely worth the money. Will order more kits as i have 3 mags that leak, unless your company offers o-ring kits instead.

I ordered 2 magazines for walther p99 airsoft. Bottom plate broke off on both. Must be a weak spot. They arrived quickly and both grandsons were very happy.

Great product in fit and finish and function. One note, the g42 mags dont like being overgassed. In my use-case two long-seconds of gas fill will easily clear a magazine or two since the g42 only holds nine rounds.

Im am happy with my product the H8R gen2 and I got more disc's than I expected so more chances to reload and I was disappointed the barrel does not move but that's my fault for not researching before but I love it and the fact it delivered faster than 2 other item i ordered in January from other places

I have not yet ordered any “guns” from here, but I did order a bottle of airsoft pellets from here. They work just like they should and the delivery was much better than Amazon. Amazon didn’t bother to make sure the package was big enough to hold the bottle, but Elite Force did so with care.

I was forced to purchase a new magazine because you refuse to stock parts kits or provide an STL file for the magazine feed lips. Bad design (too easy to break) and outrageous price for a new magazine.
