Elite Heat Ltd レビュー

Frankie is a very able engineer and a pleasure to deal with.

Booked in for boiler service in advance as Frankie Barea is a busy chap - cos his work is sought after!
Very reliable and solution focused!
My 82 yr old Mum would adopt him ! Has a lovely way with folk and really cares about his business reputation. Return customers aplenty !
Thoroughly recommend !

Great service

Elite Heating proved to be extremely professional and delivered high quality work as part of a range of plumbing requirements to complete a kitchen renovation. The engineer was really helpful, gave good options and clear impacts where they identified issues due to the age of the house and it's plumbing. Elite Heating then quickly organised additional dates and times for the completion of the remedial works. No hassle, no mess, just great customer service and great work which I am extremely happy with.

Fixed an issue with my gas fire during a annual service. Efficient and on time.
Good service.

Georgia has the company’s diary down to a fine art and runs a tight ship. As a result Frankie always arrives at the allotted time. The team are friendly and know their stuff. We have been using Elite for some time for jobs such as servicing the boiler / fire as well as fitting out our new bathroom. The quality of the work and accessories are in my opinion second to none. We are probably due to renew our 15plus year old boiler soon and know just the company to call in.
Thanks guys

Staff pleasant and helpful, from booking convenient service date to arriving and carrying out boiler services at two properties. Informative, efficient, helpful.

Always first class service andcattention to detail.

The guys were prompt, took care to keep the floor clean and had all the tools and equipment to carry out the work.

Elite Heat did the plumbing for our new kitchen and also fitted new radiators and downstairs toilet and sink and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. He was knowledgeable, suggested solutions to problems and carried the work out to a high standard as well as being friendly and I would definitely trust Elite Heat to carry out more work in the future.

Excellent service, totally reliable and a lovely guy

I had the pleasure of meeting Frankie through getting my kitchen fitted in May 2024.
We were, at the same time, looking for our boiler to be serviced and asked if this was something his company could do.
He carried out the service then and such a good job was done we got him to come back and do it this year.
I would recommend him as not only does he do a good job, he is very friendly, amenable and cheerful.

Excellent service friendly on time fair price would well recommend them

They were punctual and gave a thorough assessment of the boiler after service.

Excellent service. So professional and care about their clients.

Arrived when said, did a good job & was competitively priced.

I am really pleased with the job that both Curtis and Jonathan have done at my house, fixing the drainage problem, sealant and tap. They have been friendly, polite, professional and very good at what they do. A credit to the company! I will definitely be using Elite Heat again.

Professional - nothing more to say!

Found the problem and explained fully the reason for the leak from the soil pipe. Took photos and videos to back up our claim against the incorrectly installed condensate pipe,(put in when a national company installed our new boiler in May 23)
As ever,great service from Frankie.
