Horrible company with horrible non-existent customer service

Horrible company with horrible customer service (as it is non-existent). I placed an order for supplements over three weeks ago. A week after placing, I received a voicemail requesting to “verify” my order from someone with Elite. I immediately called back, and no answer. Two weeks later, and after multiple voicemails, text messages, messages, and emails DAILY, I have yet to have anyone answer or call me back. Now I have been charged for my supplements, and my order remains in limbo. If the company went out of business, it would be nice for them to post on their website, and not allow anyone to attempt to make any purchases, or take any money from customers, without delivering the ordered goods.

Great Service and Prices

Great customer service reaching out after I made a mistake entering info during checkout. Promptly fixed and the products were just as ordered but at a steeper discount than GNC and other major nutrition retailers. Will give them my business again.
