Elite Pool Shop was 100% accurate in my order of a Viking designer case and a hat, and the quality of the case is high quality. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because shipping took a little longer than expected, but the customer support was very responsive with updates so I was pleased! Everything was packed well and arrived safely, and everything matched the descriptions. I would order another product in the future despite the shipping delay!

This store blew me away with the selection of over 10,000 styles, that's insane! I bought a Predator Aerorack and a cover for my pool table, and both are GREAT products (well made)!! They really feel rich quality and worth every dollar. I liked that they had free returns within 30 days so I could order with piece of mind.
