Elite Umrah is a very professional yet very personable agency. I would certainly recommend, and I have, especially to first time visitors

Arranging an Umrah can be stressful when traveling with family. Elite Umrah (Faizan) has been BRILLIANT. All through the process he was in touch ensuring all of the arrangements he had made for us were exactly what we asked for and wanted. In ALL HONESTY THEY WERE ALL PERFECT. I have and will recommend Elite Umrah to all family and friends. Faizan thank you very much. You have been amazing. Anees

Everything went smoothly, and great communication with them, would definitely recommend.

I want to go on Umrah, but all the reservations I made by myself were cancelled. I came across Elite Umrah, and within 10 minutes I got responses from the team to personalise a booking for me, including flights, hotels and drivers. Specifically, Mohamed Shahzaid took my case according to my preference and budget. They are respectful and professional, and they are on time, which is very important to me. I will definitely go back to Elite Umrah with my family and friends. 1000000% recommend to anyone who doesn't know or doesn't want the stress of booking by themselves. I wish they had a Hajj package as well.

Haider ali was amazing, he helped me through every step of the way and made it really easy. He was constantly in contact with me before the umrah and during the umrah. I think without his help i would of find it hard. I would highly recommend elite umrah and Haider Ali

Amazing experience with Elite Umrah. Especially Haider who had helped and assisted us with the booking from the start to the end. Whilst we was on our pilgrimage he had constantly kept in touch with us, made sure we had arrived on time, made sure our transport had collected us and dropped us ok, made sure there were no issues. Made sure that our umrah was completed, even down to checking in with us before during and after our rawdah appointments. Can not wait to make my next booking with Haider and I can not recommend them enough. If you want an experience which runs smoothly use these guys and ask for Haider!!!

We had a lovely experience with them.I found them honest , committed and trustworthy and extremely professional. They made the whole process so much easier for me and my family and I can’t wait to work with them again.

From initial booking of our Umrah trip, start to finish of our journey our adviser Nabeel was fantastic he went the extra mile for our comfort and travel.

He was always calm , listened and helped .

Our flight was cancelled due to the recent situation, without giving us any stress he sorted everything out.

I would definitely recommend ELITE TRAVEL and adviser Nabeel.

Amazing experience, the tour was well organised, the hotels were at a distance, but they told us in advance about this. Pick and drop was well coordinated and on time throughout the tour. I will avail their services again inshallah.

Elite Umrah truly exceeded my expectations. From booking the trip to supporting us throughout the entire journey, Salman bhai's professionalism stood out. He handled everything from booking hotels our train journey, all on the ground transport and was in constant communication with us to make sure we were safe and comfortable.
He even checked if we’d boarded our flights, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our trip was stress‑free and enjoyable because he took care of every detail. I would 100% recommend Elite Umrah and will definitely be travelling with them again.

ELITE UMRAH Guided Us to the House of Allah, and Then Brought Us Home.

When my dearest Sister and I embarked on our Umrah journey with Elite Umrah, we anticipated a trip filled with spirituality and peace. What we didn't anticipate was that our agent ( Faizan ) would become our guardian angel in a moment of true crisis.

Faizan was MASHAALLAH exceptional from the very start . He guided us through every step with such patience and clarity, ensuring our spiritual experience was as profound and beautiful as we had dreamed. May Allah bless him in every way. our time in the Makkah and Madinah was seamless, allowing us to be fully present in our ibadah. We felt carried by his expertise and sincerity.

And then, just as we were preparing to return to the UK, the world changed. The conflict erupted, and our flight home was cancelled. In that moment of fear and uncertainty, far from home with chaos unfolding, Faizan became our rock. He didn't just handle the logistics; he handled our hearts. He reassured us constantly that everything would be okay, and his calm confidence became our anchor. While we prayed and worried, he worked tirelessly behind the scenes—rebooking flights, navigating the crisis, and taking care of everything so we didn't have to.

He didn't abandon us once our umrah was over. He stayed with us until we were safely back home.

Brother Faizan turned a potentially terrifying experience into a profound lesson in trust and humanity. He guided us to the House of Allah, and then, when the world seemed to be falling apart, he supported us back home.

Brother Faizan is the reason we will forever recommend Elite Umrah. Your service wasn't just a transaction, it was a covenant of care. Thank you for being with us from the very beginning, through every prayer, and right to the very end. We are forever grateful.

Jazakallahu kheyr for everything.
