Dealing with the team at elixir was a seamless process. As we have only a limited time for holidays, arriving at our home where all the preparation that is required to start a holiday had been taken care of was amazing. Not a day was lost to buying supplies for the house or even tiding up at the end. We loved it as we never thought we could afford such a beautiful home . he reality of owning 100% of a holiday home is 100% of the cost used only 20% of the year. Elixir has made it easy, affordable and luxurious.

Website was easy to navigate. Information on this new to Australia ( not new in USA) was easy to understand. In particular the why, what and how were all explained.
When enquiring following my research on the website Justin was excellent in explaining the nuances so created a strong level of trust.

What an awesome idea! Never thought about 'selling down' my holiday home rather than selling out. This site is really easy to understand and the proposition is really compelling. I am keen to understand more about it
