I was very unhappy with this doctor and her 'concierge model' of practice. The concierge model is not worth the money with the extra charges they put on and you are better off just doing self pay or negotiated rates somewhere else. Dr. Story disregarded my concerns and did not seem very knowledgable when I asked her questions about an issue I hoped to get medical advice about, and she had no idea what I was talking about. Fair warning to stay away from this physician.

Dr. Story is unlike any doctor I have ever seen! She is patient, kind, and listens thoroughly to all my concerns. She is extremely knowledgeable and I’m beyond thankful I’ve found her! Excited for our journey together!

My experience with Dr Story's 'membership medicine' was disappointing at best. Dr Story came off as rushed, condescending, and dismissive when I brought up questions, and didn't seem experienced or truly knowledgeable as a physician.The 'concierge' model turned out to be money grab and there were multiple hidden fees and unwarranted charges. I have since transferred to another provider.

My advice would be to do your own research and check the Texas Medical Board website- anyone can look up past disciplinary action to medical licenses through the ‘license look up’ tool; go see for yourself what is on this physician’s record. Highly recommend that you stay away from this provider

I’m extremely disappointed in this practice and the membership model being promoted. I was charged monthly for what was promised to be accessible and attentive care, but that’s not what I received.

Appointments were difficult to schedule, messages often went unanswered, and the quality of care was minimal at best. Even worse, I was billed for services that were never provided, including visits that never happened. Charges appeared on my account without explanation, and my requests for clarification were ignored. There was no transparency, no itemized billing, and no accountability.

While the practice is marketed as high end and personalized, it felt more like a cash grab. I paid for premium care and ended up overbilled, underserved, and misled. I strongly recommend others stay away.

I left my visit deeply concerned by the lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal.

When I raised concerns, the responses were unclear and inconsistent. Attempts to clarify were met with defensiveness rather than support.

This experience raised serious doubts about her judgment and integrity. I have since transferred my care to a different provider and would not recommend her to others seeking reliable or respectful care.

Dr. Story and her staff are AWESOME! She is very approachable, attentive, meticulous to details, she listened and addressed all my medical concerns with conservative treatments and simple life hacks that I could implement into my daily living to increase wellness in my life. Her weight loss guidance in combination with GLP-1 medications helped me to lose 95lbs. in a year and she has assisted me in maintaining that weight loss/healthy lifestyle for over 2 years!! I have also followed her compounded skin care regimen and it has taken years off my face/skin! I can’t believe the improvement in my 62 year old skin!! It’s AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable about my healthcare concerns. She takes all the time I need in my appointments and I never feel rushed like I often did with traditional doctors. And the fact that she is always available to me directly if I ever have any questions is so important!
