If I could give them no stars I would … took ages for delivery .. when the blouse arrived it was very very poor quality and not something I would wear, very cheap looking. I contacted the company to be told I had to pay for tracked shipping to china or I could keep it for a 15% refund!!!! I would not want to keep the blouse even if I had a full refund!!! Total scam of a company .. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Shocking! I reckon they post pictures from designer companies then order an item that looks vaguely like it from Temu and send it to you! Soooo disappointing that there are people out there where this policy sits with their values!

Don’t buy this company’s clothing!!! Their dresses are made of polyester fabric, but the picture and description looks like linen or cotton. You will be sorely disappointed and their refund policy ‘no questions asked’ is not real or easy. Never again!

Have just written a review for the NZ Trust Pilot. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I believe this Chinese company is a scam. Poor quality. Gives impression they are based in Sydney with an actual shop. No indication goods come from China. Dress took 20 days to arrive. Extremely poor quality of fabric. Said fabric was breathable but it's polyester which doesn't breathe. Badly made. Thought I was buying a designer dress from actual designers Ella and Jane but I have since seen on other sites exactly the same clothing and photos. From reading reviews it looks doubtful that I will get a refund even if I return the item at my expense. Very upset as I wanted a lovely dress to take on holiday. Not sure how I can proceed and whether it comes under NZ consumer law
It is now been two moths. They do not answer my emails. I hold little hope of getting a refund

This company supplied one of two blouses I ordered and paid for. The blouse fabric received was unsuitable for summer weather. I emailed on the day of receipt of the blouse in accordance with the website instructions. Instead of agreeing to providing a 100% refund, the customer care twice emailed trying to barter with me offering me a 50% refund, not a 100% as advertised. Bear in mind only one of the 2 blouses had been supplied and that the one supplied wasn't fit for summer wear. I notified the customer care services that I was returning the item at my cost. I used PO tracked service on 4 9 25. Having not heard a response from Ella Jane, after 3 weeks I followed up the request asking for a refund within 7 days. No response. I sent a further request. No response. Is this company a scam?

Do not buy from this company. I wish I had seen the reviews before purchase. Goods nothing like the photos on Instagram and Facebook. Returns were going to be £20 or replacements £1o each! What a con! Still waiting for their promised 65%refund offer…..

Horrendous customer service, poor quality goods, no returns - goods from China total con. Do not buy

Zero stars! Item arrived after a delay of more than a fortnight and it was faulty. Customer Services advised that they were looking into the matter but no further communication followed despite my many emails. When I informed them that I would be contacting the SFO & trading standards, they advised that a refund had been sent to my original payment method but 2 weeks have now passed and no refund. I shall now contact the SFO & trading standards as this is obviously a scam company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

This is a zero star review. Shapeless shirt, cheap printed fabric, appalling cut and took 3 weeks to arrive(from China). The late delivery led to an offer of 30% discount off my next purchase but there’s no way I’ll buy a from this company again. Total rip off. Don’t buy.

They are made from absolutely the cheapest material, no breast darts or shape in the pattern, cheap white buttons and cotton that do not match the material, the fit on the shoulders is too large and because of no shape adjustment is tight on the bottom!.
The shirts are literally two pieces of cheap polyester straight material.

Value for money = 0

I am currently reporting this company to Trading Standards. I think it is scam. Despite promising easy returns process it is proving impossible. The blouse I ordered is nothing like I expected from the advertisement and as others have said it is poor quality and from China.

Do not buy from this store.

Do not buy from this company, I ordered 2 blouses. Nothing on their site tells you it’s coming from China!!! What a SCAM.
When they finally arrived they looked nothing like the picture and the quality is poor!! Learn from my mistake do not buy from Facebook!

Not only did the item take over 2 weeks to arrive, the quality and sizing were awful . Said no returns as bought in sale. Offered various options to keep the item. Said I could have 60% credit to use next time.
They must be kidding, I wouldn’t use them again, ever.

Totally agree with all comments from previous reviews, absolutely ridiculous ordered 2 sizes of same shoe as I have foot problem these looked idea when they arrived they are unwearable and brick hard tried to return and asked for return codei was thento be offered various percentage to keep.shoes they are an absolute scam. Told by post office would cost £35 to return. Joke

I have to say this is one of the worst companies I have dealt with ... I not only waited a very long time for delivery after they seemingly lost my address ... but the shirt when it arrived wasn't anything like what I had ordered the shirts was cut in a different style all together and the print is more like Joseph's coat of many colours .
Absolute rubbish and then they have a standard reply to say they are going to charge £15-£20 to return as it is probably not in the UK even though they say they are UK based when ordering... it's a scam so do NOT buy from them

Do not buy from this company who advertise on Facebook. Their website says that UK customers can return goods within 14 days without giving a reason for a refund but this isn't true. They offered me the same options as they've given on the previous review. Do not buy from this company.
