The treats are amazing to them. The touch of my hand on them sends my pets into a frenzy.

My cavapoo has been a fussy eater in general. We have tried several brands, and finally settled down with James & Ella kibble + Raw mixed.

Everything is perfect….from customer service with Lauren to the product which my dog loves and has improved his health (no skin complaints now) and improves his quality of life which means every thing to me.

I have a subscription for James & Ella cold pressed food, but there was an issue with my recent delivery. I contacted customer service and they investigated the problem, but couldn't see an obvious cause. I was then sent a replacement batch, and they arranged for the original delivery to be collected. A very satisfactory outcome - and my dog really enjoys the new food

I was saddened when my local pet shop closed, and Derek (Border Terrier) even more saddened as I bought a variety of pet foods he clearly didn't like!
By chance I picked up a bag of J&E Kibble & Raw...and he loved it, and I love that by dealing direct it feels like my local pet shop has re-opened.

Efficient company to deal with. Nellie absolutely loves the food and we can tell in her shiny coat how much good it is doing her. Would highly recommend this food.

Notifications from James and Ella are useful, delivery is on time. However, the courier DPD does not send any notification prior to delivery.
