True quiet luxury. This brand has that quiet luxury aesthetic I love.

For the quality and design, I think it’s definitely worth the price. It feels like a bag I’ll be using for a long time.

The support team was friendly and efficient. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly - a great experience.

Just received my Elleme trousse! Been eyeing something like a 90s round sling bag in classic black for awhile, to replace a broken zipper . Wanted to invest in something good quality that can be worn everyday and fit A LOT stuff!

The double zipper definitely helps with storage and the leather quality is super! Love the classic design

Ordered on 26 of November, it says item will be shipped within 5 working days with email notification. Today is 5 of December (means 10 days later) and no notification. Wrote an email yesterday asking about the situation and no response. Thats worst service I ever received. And they say its a luxury brand?!?!?! Not worth a penny!

I was excited to buy my first Elleme bag, the Trousse model, and the craftsmanship and leather quality are excellent. However, after only two uses, I found the design impractical—the bottom collapses and doesn’t hold its shape, making the bag function more like a pouch than expected from the online presentation. Unfortunately, this made the bag disappointing for everyday use. Terrible customer care service, no reply to emails, no desire to help its customers

I ordered a Boomerang bag at Sep, 17. On Sep, 30 I asked via E-Mail, when they will ship my order to Germany. Oct, 1 the order was finally shipped via DHL express. Now I have a new problem with DHL express (not elleme `s fault): They said that we were not at home today (Oct, 2), but this is not correct. 3 people were in the house at time of delivery. Conclusion: plan enough time when you need the bag for a special event!

I placed an order on July 25th (order #1523618) and never received it. Despite contacting customer service several times, I have had no updates, no solution, nothing. I’ve been left waiting for weeks.

This company takes your money and does not deliver it feels like pure theft. Avoid at all costs.

This was my first purchase from Elleme and I’m so glad I did. I bought the boomerang in woven leather taupe and it is so stunning!! I have worn it out once and already been asked where I got it from. Will definitely order again and as a surprise it came so quickly as well (on my birthday).

This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I placed my order with Elleme on May 20, expecting delivery within 4–5 days. Two weeks passed, NOTHING. I tried contacting customer service via email, Instagram, and your website chat. No reply for over a week.

When I finally got a response, I was told my order would arrive by June 18. It arrived on June 23 — five days late, with no update, no apology, and no explanation.

Worse still, the brand promised to include a tote bag as a gesture of apology. Unsurprisingly, it wasn’t in the package.

I’ve reached out again, multiple times, across every channel, and once again, no one is responding.

This level of negligence and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable for any brand that claims to value service or integrity. I expect an immediate resolution: send the missing item or provide compensation, and, at the very least, start answering your customers.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Poor quality suede bags and they refuse refunds or store credit. STAY AWAY.

I am already all over their website checking for trousse black woven bag.
The delivery was so swift with DHL in two days from the time of ordering it .. which was great.
I would highly recommend to view their website if anyone interested in a well crafted bag from Paris.
I have a humble request to Elleme team please please open a store soon in Paris would love to visit and buy more bags.
